http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20130618/pdf/42gjq9m06yzxhg.pdf Glacial - agree with your sentimets. The current spread is being kept wide to prevent trading until the bigger picture is known. Last week, someone sold some at 0.5p and the next trade the following day was a purchase at 0.7p - a 40% shift between the sell and buy! When the Galaxy deal is done this share is either going to fly or sink!
http://www.investegate.co.uk/creat-resources-hld--crhl-/rns/change-of-director/201306171008471714H/ The plot thickens!
Quite a few juicy trades in the 2.6p to 2.75p region over the last few days. Maybe VMR have found the level that they want to buy more at. If it is them, we should be seeing a Holdings RNS or two in the next week or so.
This now looks to me like it is all being set up for a takeover, if one of the major shareholders wants it. Hopefully more than one is capable of doing it, enabling us to get the best possible price for our shares, unless of course Creat Group are interested in buying it whereby I don't want anyone else to get involved!
Now this is more like it. Come on CRHL, let's see what you're made of. http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20130612/pdf/42gfcj1r4mtkrl.pdf
http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20130611/pdf/42gdstmdstxcjn.pdf As we suspected, there are some very big board changes going on at GXY.
I agree it's going to be rather interesting leading up to the end of June/early July. I think you have said it before, but only those eligible can apply for these new shares - "shareholders who are on the Company's Share Register ... with a registered address in Australia, New Zealand and Canada". If the Creat Group want to get involved in this, and I'm almost certain that they will, they will have do to so within the entity that is CRHL. I might be dreaming a bit here, but I think Creat Group are going to provide more funds (on favourable terms as usual!) to CRHL to enable them to buy plenty of these. When's the next production update due?
Those are two rather wide questions, if you don't mind me saying! In a nutshell, we are waiting for news on funding for Galaxy. Expecting announcements early July as to what they have agreed funding wise and confirmation from CRHL as to what they have offered in the process. A good time to have a small punt in here, imo, up to mid-June when I expect those that bailed in the middle of May will be looking to get back in ready for the news.
Including a timetable of events: http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20130527/pdf/42g46ctj2y7tb1.pdf http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20130527/pdf/42g45hxbwm0slk.pdf
Not many sellers at this range. I think the MMs are going to have to take the price up fairly soon to entice a few more sells to enable VMR to buy more.
That would be the dream scenario. I still think anything can happen with this though. I'm pretty confident, having a large interest, that we are heavily involved in the restructuring.
Where did you get that info on the Creat Convertible Note? I could probably find it with a bit of looking but if you have a link to hand, please could you post it up. It looks like they are re-structuring bonds as part of this deal (I assume bonds are the same as Notes!). The top of page 3 of the ASX release dated 20 May says that there are convertible bonds for $62m. Presumably the holders of those Bonds/Notes will be better rewarded for their continued support. If only CRHL could release an RNS to tell us what they are doing in all of this, if anything, but very much doubt that is going to happen until it's all finalised!
Yes, I think it will rise a bit too once the exercise has completed. Let's face it, it won't be going down otherwise what was the point in joining in the RI? It's a 1 for 1, so that means for someone buying in just before the suspension, their average will be about $.015 if they took up their full allotment. It should therefore get up to about $0.20 fairly comfortably before traders start taking their profits.
It was around A$0.4 so, yes, shrewd move in the end although I was concerned that they were selling at the bottom when they did it!
It was to be expected I suppose. Some people bought in for the end of the suspension only to now find it's going on until 1 July so plenty of time to get back in if they want. Also we won't know whether CRHL will be involved in the RO. I hope they are otherwise our slice will be watered down and, at the price and with the ramp up to come, it would make sense. Pretty unpleasant rights issue for the shareholders but I am sure the IIs involved in GXY are heavily involved in the process including, I hope, the Creat Group.
Suspension extended to 1 July - blimey! Might start seeing a bit of action on here leading up to that for people wanting to get involved in GXY through the back door. ASX releases as summarised by sniffer: http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20130520/pdf/42fzsdlsb3hs9v.pdf http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20130520/pdf/42fzsbyhq65v1p.pdf
That's a small buy of 200. Maybe it's a code for "Chaps, they're on to us - give me some shares pdq".
The bid price went up about 7% on that £120 buy! I think the MMs must be rather short on this stock. Any sustained buying from hereon in is going to make it very interesting. I'm hoping for a bit more action on Monday where people might want to take a position before news is released.
