Looks like a game of tit for tat, "I can sell more", "no, I can buy more". Up and down, up and down like a yo-yo. Hopefully the seller will be out by the end of this week and we can look forward to a steady rise.
For starters, IMO, a holdings RNS to say seller is out and then maybe a RNS to notify reopening of schools, would be a good catalyst to get the SP moving up. Trading update and financials could be the rocket boost to get the SP back to pre-covid range or better.
He started dumping his shares as soon as the director change was announced. When I first read the RNS, I was hoping he had sacrificed some of his shares to help settle the books to allow trading to start again, but now thinking he's dumping his shares because he's been pushed from here.
Trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM was suspended pursuant to Market Notice N12/20 released on 4 June. The Company expects the suspension to be lifted once the settlement of outstanding trades has improved. The Company will provide a further update regarding the suspension shortly after Admission.
So my guess would be, once shares have been admitted to exchange and any outstanding trades settled (including those shorted) they will be allowed to start trading again. Basically, if it's not Tuesday then definitely Wednesday.
Have a look at LSE:TOM for today, they came out of suspension this morning after the same thing happened to them that happened here. 250%+ on the day from the short squeeze.
The spread shown is ridiculous, actual spread is bid of 0.20 and ask of 0.2024 at the point of writing, unbelievable! Just a shame I don't have any spare cash at the moment.
