This really should shoot up when the market opens.Performed as expected in the last quarter even with all the headwinds and started the year off well .Russia is a one off hit and once out of the way will continue to recover.From what I have read with the hits on Russian and ending of rate relief they expect to make the same this year which shows how undervalued they are .Should be worth at least over £2 like they were in January

Remember the final bidder they are talking to has been selected by the BOD,Which I am not sure that I like.However it does not stop the others who were not selected to put in their own hostile bids later on.This should be a win win for all shareholders but the market seems not to understand.This share sould have been over

The RNS today I think is good news as they must have picked a company that is willing to put a good offer on the table.It might take a few weeks.However if it fails one or more of the other companies could come up with a bid.I am surprised however that they did not pick two of the companies and I am slightly worried that they might have picked a company to save their jobs.However I think the shares will be marked up today

With an offer about to be made cannot understand why share is not buzzing today or are some just wanting a low closing price today to put against the final offer saying it is so much more against the closing price

With all the good news to come,cannot understand why price is so low.Cpr due soon placing overscribed and away with little dilution I would have expected for the price to be well over 20p by now.I will be buying what I am allocated and possibly a little more.

Whatever ones views on what price will be offered.It is imo a sure thing that it will be at a decent premium over the current price.The talks would not have gone on this long if the offers were going to be loww.I am 99% sure that we will hear in the next week either before last years figures or after.I think it is likely to be earlir date as they could bring their figures forward

Thit the offer out of the way this share should motor ahead now.I think the last few weeks where it has slipped a little was due to leaks,but now with the placing etc done at the market price we are now in a position for a speedy ride upwards

To raise so much money at virtually todays closing price in my view will lead in the morning to a significant rise in the value of the company which should continue until the CPR or when a takeover is agreed.Everyone knows that the company is undervalued with what we already know.So good luck to all involved

What a load of rubbish not worth it writes.In January the shares were well over £2 and since then ,there have been no profit warnings and so they must be delivering what they said they would do in January and that if I recall was over £500 million in profits.This company is certainly not a Debenhams and has a very bright future.Yes the market is slightly down since January but nowhere near how this share has fallen.Unless it rises by a significant amount on good results next week it will become a takeover target

Expecting an RNS any day as we must get an announcement soon.Last week it was mentioned that it would be timed before the figures are announced and they are due next week.The way the share price has been moving seems to support that view.I think it is likely to be earlier as I do not think they want to leak out as they have been doing a good job so far

This share is considerably undervalued currently.Results due next week .It was in the 230's in January.No profit warnings since then should jump by over a third next week

Very little talk over the last few weeks .Last month it was said that it would have an offer.In the last week it keeps going up so I believe something is happening and it would not surprise me if we got an rns out of the blue with an offer over 30p

As every day goes by the closer we are to get an announcement of the agreed terms.I think that the terms will be significantly higher than the current share price and believe that as each day passes the final figure gets higher between the bidders.Come next week it will be three weeks since the second stage started so must be close to concluding

I agree with you I would expect the price to be well over £1.65 if not £2 or more depending how much the bidders want it.Looking at both todays and yesterdays late trades I think someone has woken up to thiss possibility for making a very good return over a short term.I think it is highly likely that we will find out by Friday or Monday

Just afer 4 this afternoon there was a purchase of 5.5 million shares.I would expect to get an rns in the morning but I think that takeover talks must soon be coming to a conclusion.Hopefully to all of our advantage

I cannot understand why the price has been sinking.It is now lowere than the second bid which was then improved on before the other parties joined the bidding game and I think there are at least three.As the original offers were turned down the longer it goes on for the higher the price.If they are not already offering a great deal more then the BOD would have pulled out already,so you can see why I am confused.

Just starting to bounce back stongly with more buys,Hopefully not long to go for the report

Surprised like most on this board about the early slide in price today as really this stock should be increasing with its prospects.The slide was shortlived as the price got into bargain basement realm and also as every day passes it is nearer to the report.I think it will only go up from here

I wonder whether this firm could be suject to a takeover in the next few monts fom one of the big boys.It would be certainly a coup for them looking ahead to the future rewards that this company will achieve

I think this week will start to see continual rises in the Share price as this company is so undervalued and will produce steller result at end of May
