Still no friends - drifting downwards. Good prospects though
Up to 430p - is this really the beginning of the end of the economic cycle? Better times ahead? M&S used to be an indicator of the economy as a whole. It's lost that reputation in recent years but there are signs that it's a least making attempts to regain its position in the high street.
Safe share to be in for me - bought in early - this one worked out, not like so many of my other choices!
Slowly slipping beneath the waves! Still live in hope though
I've greats hopes for this share. Not based on anything but a good feeling about the area this company is in.
Performed well since my last visit. I hope M & S have a good Christmas - I'm allowimg myself to think we might be at the beginning of the end of the recession. The more I read the more I think my guess is as good as anyone's.
Still holding - just seen as a boring share I suppose. Suits me though
Increased economic activity means more rubbish to recycle. This company is well placed and got licenses in place in US.
This is a Company with a strategy that has been shown to work. Dry cleaning etc. is bound to suffer in a recession but they seem to have weathered the worst and now moving forward. Longterm holder here - it all looks promising to me
That answers my question! Been in on this for years - about my worst performing share. The cost of being on AIM might not be worth then?
Glad I bought this one - good solid boring share - I'm glad to say!
The finance director added 500,000 shares today - more good news (I think) Up a bit more
Think this is good news: Exercise of option in Delta Waste Management Limited Environmental Recycling Technologies plc ("ERT" or "the Company") (AIM: ENRT), which has developed and is exploiting the patented rights to the Powder Impression Moulding ("PIM") process capable of converting mixed waste plastics into commercially viable products, is pleased to announce it has exercised an option to acquire a further 20 per cent. of the enlarged share capital of Delta Waste Management Limited ("Delta"), a company in which Lee Clayton, ERT's Chief Operating Officer, together with another shareholder, has a controlling interest. Delta, in which ERT already owns 20 per cent. of the existing issued share capital, provides consultancy, project management and machinery procurement services to ERT. Exercise of the option will result in ERT owning 40 per cent. of Delta's enlarged issued share capital. The exercise price for the subscription of the new shares under the option is £20,000, which is the same price paid by ERT in November 2011 for its original 20 per cent interest in Delta. Roger Baynham, Managing Director commented: "This transaction reinforces the reciprocal commitment between the Company and Lee Clayton to progress the successful development of the PIM process." The directors (other than Lee Clayton), having consulted WH Ireland, ERT's Nominated Adviser, consider the terms of exercise of the option to be fair and reasonable insofar as the interests of the shareholders are concerned.
Still pi interest in this one - movin g in the right direction - I'd love to know what's going on.
Price ticked up after hours - I'm grateful for any move upwards on this one!
Still no friends - but creeping up - still a good share imo.
Finished up 14.29% - can't see a reason - any ideas? A few 50,000/100,000/200,000 buys over past week. Too small for big investors must be a pi taking a punt. I'm holding - seen lots of ups and downs with this one.
Not sure why the price has gone up! So many more shares issued but good news on the debt front I suppose and shows that the lenders have confidence in the future of this company. "Under the agreement, ERT has agreed to issue 225,241,928 new ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("the New Ordinary Shares") to third party lenders in satisfaction of existing loans and accrued interest amounting in total to £5,631,048. The loans which are being repaid by the transaction were subject to annual rollover and carried an annual rate of interest of 7.5 per cent. with a significantly higher penal rate and costs "
Moving on very small buys.
Any ideas why the interest?
