Do your research, invest only what you can "afford" to lose. If you want comfort and certainty go FTSE 100.

I have decided to invest and yes would love it to come good but realise the risk and can sleep at night regardless.

I totally agree Steevey, the info here has been amazing, open and honest. Not to put any sob story out but I, and many others, were shafted big time by Flybe episode. I am grateful that BOU has allowed me to recover most of that loss. Still holding and if my wish comed true I can hopefully kick my s*** IT job and go and look after my elderly folks near enough full time. Bless you all. X

This just shows that shareholders can be bypassed when the BOD have failed and misled only to line themselves up for a cozy handshake. This stinks and I for one will not be investing in this unregulated market anymore. Thieves and vagabonds the lot if them. I'll tell you where I am..I'm oot!
