Good grief Saint. £200,000 in lieu of wages shares@5p = 4m (0.4% of the company…ish)
@1p = 20m shares (2% company) Then there’s share options, private equity raises etc…so a few ways CEOs and directors can dilute existing shareholders whilst increasing there own holding.
Regardless, my inference was that the 1p remark highlights how Vlad is viewed by other shareholders. Sadly
I have faith in the science Saint, not in Vlad. He’s just an awful CEO. When I saw the reply to his tweet of ‘1p placing’ it summed the situation with him perfectly. He’s just not reliable. I assumed you’d been here years? Obviously not, if you didn’t know that.
saint, i’m not sure if you’re being purposely naive. when have you ever known directors going down with the ship with p.is? ceos and directors always end up sitting pretty, awarding share options, equity in lieu of ‘wages’ etc etc. if this drops back to a penny, ( hope to god it doesn’t) then they get more shares, recovering their percentage lost. it’s not rocket science. and vlad isn’t known to give two ****s about us p.is
Hands tied or….they’re going to anally destroy p.i’s so hard and without lube, that anyone with any sense, is getting out of dodge. I’ve said it before, this will only go up upon news of funding. However, Vlad has zero respect for p.i’s and would gladly sacrifice us all, to get the right deal FOR HIM.
EFC should’ve followed the rules. However, the ‘rules’ are only there to protect the Big 6 status quo, so they’re not fit for purpose. If an owner is willing to swallow the debt personally and not pass it on to the club, then clubs should be able to spend what they like.
Chiddy. If you go NT (negotiated trade) you leave it up to your broker to get the ‘best price’ for you as and when shares become available to them. Unfortunately, that leaves you open for buying sky high or so low. It’s a scam and really should never be done.
Lol…and the rest. Once the permit is in hand the s.p will be free and easy to 10p poss 15p. The whole company dynamic changes. Once funding is confirmed and a raise hopefully in the mid to high teens, this will go like a rocket.
