Revenue is £93.8m down from £98.8m.

Net profit £11.9m down from £15.8m

Net Debt £59.2 up form £48.7

Adjusted EBITDA £23m down from £25.2m

Under took a £26.7 million fundraising in January 2025 (so debt levels will likely be higher unless just rearranging debts)

Board recently rejected a cash offer of £110m from Regent Acquisitions.

Interesting position with debts mounting and TO and Net Profit falling......

Absolutly 100% agree with you, there is now HUGE competition in the I.E space, acquiring bolt on businesses painted a compelling picture in the past but the reality is Inspired are not the only kid on the block and I have seen them drop the ball and shed large clients.

And their water division is weak particulary in water procurement/ switching site water and waste audits they are not exploting the cash generation within their portfolio, Director of water services left and a few others

And a debt burden of £57.57m WOW

So whats the plan I can't see it, I cannot see much improvement at all, on the other hand for my money Yu Group

I suppose the question is does YU Group have the organisation and structure to grow any faster and maintain a high standard of service?

All things considered In my opinion the business is ripe for acquisition if so what would this do to the share price?

Yu are a water retailer as well as energy they provide water retail services in a deregulated water market they are a tiny company in the water retail market of zero significance right now

I absolutely love this business though they really MUST improve their customer service which is key for retention and growth.
