Who knows, perhaps the next update will cast some light on the current position. Surely at some point the income generated for MAGP in terms of management fees and ROI of the initial free carry from the WED deal will be sufficient to finance MAGP's share of additional wells? #I'veWaitedFiveYearsSoAnotherFiveDoesn'tSeemThatLong
Anybody care to explain what the several previous posts are about? It's rather hard to see how anybody could trade 591m shares as there are only circa 34m in circulation...
On the first day of Christmas the BoD gave to me, a new well which we'd got for free. On the second day of Christmas...
Given that this news is of little surprise to the BoD (and indeed most here) I would expect there is already be a plan in place and a short list of well locations poised for investment. Maybe 2018 will be our year?
If these ever get back to anywhere near their 2013 value I will fly to Oklahoma for a personally signed pink hat !
Thank you for sharing.
Well nothing at 7am, perhaps they are having a lie in... All I can say is that outside of my day job I help out with a few other kids clubs and things; on one project at the moment we're trying to get permission to do some work on council property, if you think things on here move slowly then try dealing with your local council !
Did somebody call? Or was it just a random collection of letters making a noise? Please, a 'Q' with no following 'u' - with the exception of a nylon fiber (Qiana) and the abbreviation for a sedative (tranq) we're really only left with 'qwerty'. Don't even get me started on 'zh'. Anyhow, did you have anything worth saying about MAGP or were you just wanting to trade some personal insults?
Time for Rita to go? Are you serious? Have a look back at the recent RNSs and news, you'll find that the shareholders (the people that have actually invested in this company) voted overwhelmingly to support Rita and the current BOD. I like many others would like to see a change in fortunes here, but frankly that fact that MAGP are still afloat after the severe and prolonged drop in the oil price, not to mention the inside attempt to take the company down for personal gain, is more than can be said for a considerable number of other similar companies.
So some late posted sells at 2 * 75.5m each, plus a late posted 36m and a late posted 25m. Sounds like too many for NTOG? Who know, still there can't be many large holders left here that are looking to sell at the current price. or looking at it another way, somebody have bought 200m+ shares today. - not me.
This must be worth a punt at this price.
Whilst I accept the the consolidation is required I sadly I suspect that we might now see 5p by Christmas.
Afternoon all, I was speaking to a colleague of mine yesterday and they mentioned that they had received communication from their broker that MAGP is going to do a 1:100 share consolidation. I've not heard anything myself, anybody else heard anything?
177m, I'm tempted...
Perhaps the BoD members will buy a few of them?
At some Pointer this will become a 'get rich quick' Siberian Husky of a share; will that be triggered by a sustained increase in the POOdle or maybe a few GreatDane drilling result from the involvement with WED that result in a substantial Irish Terrier in the PDP? If we knew when that would be then I guess that we'd all be able to Bulldog at the right time... Should you hold out for a Afghan Hound or cut and run? My guess would be that if you're prepared to Labradoodle around for a few months then you'll at LabradorRetriever your money back at 0.12, however if you see better Pomeranians elsewhere then maybe you should Dachshund rather then Yorkipoo around here. woof, woof...
This company is utter useless; for 5 years they have done nothing but waste money on failed wells and crazy investment. Their original owner has sold out, their CEO is crooked and future offers nothing but continued failure. Add to that a group of deluded Long Term Share holders and the rubbish that posted here trying to ramp it up! Okay, so that's the de-ramping done, now I can pop in and buy some more shares on the cheap tomorrow...
Great news, but to be honest it was all over a week ago. Can we now get on with the business of realising share holder value, I'd like to out of here within the next 10 years.
Currently showing as 0.0p on Google finance, was worried there for a minute...
