So I read the company rebuttal to Muddy Waters and for a big part of it it refers to IFRS 16 which relates to leases. As a property expert what they have stated is very true and it does not impact cash generation, it’s an accounting change about which budget the lease liability sits on. ( it used to sit in Operating expenditure and now it’s capitalised) looks like a story concocted to win on the sell off. All good 15 quid plus here we come
