I have to agree Jennis. Sometimes people get caught up with the waiting game as is understandable. The court case was ok for Atalaya. The financials should be good with further reductions in costs. They have found more reserves that are Substantial in one case. Not words Alberto uses lightly. So waiting, is a frustrating game.

43.8m euros is just below £38m , or 46.32 US dollars. 2 year plan seems feasible.

I thought this would happen. No one really won. There needs to be a win/win situation to resolve this. Astor have shares in the company and can win far more with the share price moving up. But they still want their money. It's time they both sat down like adults and thrashed out a win win deal.

Just a question, the target was 40 000 tpa cu production. Why is it now 34000 to 40000? That's the reason we increased the turnover. Talk about changing the goalposts. As you can tell I'm a bit miffed. If you want to know why the share price ain't moving, ask the board why their communication is below target, far far to late, doesn't include all required info up to end of year., and is very poor. Get your act together guys.

Personally, I think this is very badly put together by some junior in the office. There are very little facts in costs / profit. Seems to me they issued it to get the new project showing but show nothing else to investors. Maybe they want to hold back for the result of the court case. But for an investor it is worse than poor. Just my thoughts.

I have checked prices at the time of the 40000 sale. It could be a purchase.

The one thing with this court case is that we do have to pay at some point. The debt will still be owed. So I guess they will be arguing as to whether the original terms were met. And if not when and how they will pay. Or am I missing something?

And yes. Bunch of weasels is far to kind for Astor. They get shafted my heart does not lose a beat.

From memory they have security via the parent company from memory. However, the terms are very clear. No senior debt was drawn down. Now I cannot imagine a court saying oops, your lawyers cocked up, now let's correct that for you, this would set up a dangerous precedence for all other future claims by similar situations. Just my view

Redknight I couldn't agree more. And that is on conservative figures. I tend to look at the profit as potential dividend even though it is not. And I am not far from your figures. This will become a 'cash cow' hopefully via development of all the other assets on the same site and other wise choices.

As for the end value, Alberto has never used the words 'significant' in any presentation I have seen. If anything he has always underplayed his hand. So the words 'significant copper intercepts' is interesting. lol 16 years! Are they kidding or what!
