I am still of the personal opinion that 50 to 55 thousand tonnes is a bit on the low side for the amount of ore being mined. But Alberto and his team havnt put a foot wrong so far. Finally we have a great management team as well.

Could number 6 be increased demand for the EV revolution!!! Can't really see this happening for a few years yet. Too many cards stacked in the companies favour for it not to go over £2 but who knows.

I also think the 4th could be a rising copper price and the 5th a shortfall in copper output. Both of which are happening.

I feel we will have 3 drivers of a price rise in the next 4 to 5 months. 1. Prt expansion figure 2. Touro ni report 3. Profit. We are now in profit as of last quarters financials with a big tax refund due as well.

And all this leads to more profit. I'm sure expansion will be paid for by 1. Cash 2. Better of terms for offtakes as these will need to be at the best rates the company can get. 3. Deferred terms with traders.

It's because a companies valuation is much like an individual's. The reason Glencoe etc are valued so highly is because they have been doing it for many years. As demonstrated when they dropped to 70p when they hit a hiccup.it will also mean a reduction in overall costs therefore more profits. I know we will have expansion but credit worthiness takes time to build. As per our paying off transmine in a year rather than two. This then leads to better confidence and better deals at better rates. There are many other reasons but these are a few.

If anyone watched the video I posted, at the end Alberto clearly state's that after 1 year at $3 a pound, we would clear all start up costs. Now we have also increased to 9.5mt through put but that must mean a bigger income. So 6 months it must be nearly cleared. Roll on the upgrade news.

Because if I bought a reposesed house from a lender; and they lent me 50k interest free. And I did it up to be worth 200k. I wouldn't pay it off until I had the cash to do so. Simple really.

Also the expansion doesnt make sense: 9.5 mt to 15mt equals 158% expansion. 45 000 tonnes to say 55000 tonnes equals 122%. 158% equals over 71000 tonnes. the figures just do not make sense unless grades are going to fall off a cliff. the lower projection of 50000 tonnes is only 111%.

I just rewatched the presentation at end of 2015 by Alberto. He stated 45000 tones per annum in production. Looks like we're now approaching that with what we have now. So next year should have this in production. My question is with expansion how can they say 50000 tones? It's got to be far more than this. I would hazard a guess at 60000 plus after ramp up.
