Songtradr has bought 7dig and Songtradr is a private company, so it will be taken off AIM. They are buying all 2.7b shares for 69p a share. All in the RNS

Every time I do a dummy sell on HL it quotes 0.675p regardless of what is says on LSE

In the same boat Aborman, I will hold. Best case scenario a rival offer is made at a better price than the rather insulting price offered now. The worst case is we take the 67p.

I was wondering yesterday when we might see interim results. I really hope Paul can build on this and keep the positive news flowing. Is this the turnaround we've all been waiting for?

If the contracts keep coming in and it's reflected well in the interim results (sept?) then I don't see why this can't creep back up into the 1p zone. All finger in the air stuff at the moment

Had a look at the RNS results this time last year. Paul signs it off saying:

''Looking further ahead, based solely on our current contracts and pipeline for 2021 - before the contribution from any new deals signed in 2022 - we expect an even stronger 2022 with a substantial increase in EBITDA and strong revenue growth over 2021."

Can he deliver? Probably not... but interested to see what the results say.
