They are going through a strategy change and I am curious about how big the loss will be but besides that, they are sitting on plenty cash. I think they've got investor confidence again, they also got mentioned in SCSW. Nakd trader guy been buying it up too. This month alone its up 65%
Based on the 2024 targets of £1b revenue, 100,000 meter points and broker targets of EPS of 148p and cash of 55m, Im wondering what what market cap value people on here would give Yu group if they were to achieve those numbers ?
Up nearly 500% in the last year, the wait has paid off but I'm wondering if there be a pull back or some consolidation, I imagine new investors are watching closely. Yu group is a gem, still can't find anything fundamentally as strong.
This hasnt recovered even after covid, i really made the mistake of topping up here instead of my Yu group holding which fortunately has nicely paid off
Thanks, i see what you mean Sparky333, such a shame. Company looked good. Anyothers on your watchlist or worth taking a look at, im trying to find something as fundamentally strong as YU
In my experience the price drops to and often below placing so i dont chase. I also vaguely remember news often is released shortly before or after to have an effect on the price. Those who bought in the placing and were looking for a quick trade but instead were down are likely to exit when the price recovers so they are not at a loss. Trading psychology
I mainly use Asos and many many people I know do too, ive been waiting for an opportunity to invest. Shein doesnt compare, especially with brands available. I cant imagine life without ASOS. PLT is also popular and i think they are the two main shops ( for young women)
I agree, ASOS is not going anywhere, leader in the industry, I can't imagine life without ASOS. MC at £425m!!!, very low risk here. if it goes lower I'll buy more .
