From the old Emed RNS's here's the detail - Royalty EMED Mining has also granted Rumbo a royalty for a period of 10 years of up to US$250,000 per quarter where, for the relevant quarter, the average of the LME copper price or the sale price achieved by EMED mining is US$2.60/lb or more. Under certain circumstances EMED Mining can defer a particular quarter's royalty payment. The royalty starts on the earlier of 18 months after the first sale of copper from the Mine or 6 months after a continuous rate of production of 9Mtpa has been achieved.

We'll be due a trading update in a couple of weeks and last real news was the new FD spending �30K at �1.05 so no real concerns here and not expecting any nasty surprises when we do get the update. Very tight free float in this one and whilst the number of sells outweighs number of buys at minute I'm not too sure the overall quantities are too different so I wouldn't be too surprised to see a delayed buy coming in over the next few days and we're just being walked down too fill it. There again WTFDIK but I'm still holding a fair number of these and am expecting another push up towards �1.50 in due course over the coming months and if the price stays where it is will probably add some more.

Fish - was reading bits and pieces last night but fairly sure it was in the interims that the BoD were working free for a year which would explain the low cash burn. Also stated would be resuming BoD renumeration once 12 months were up.

Tony, NUU in same accounts was valued at �4.3M. The value in this share lies in how many of the others are going to be substantially similar. As Doggo says Factom could well be a unicorn and our foray into chinese video could well be likewise. Happy reading up.

Tony, whilst a factom may now be $38- these are not the value of our shares in Factom the business. The interims show our holding of 400,000 shares with a value of �534K,this value has been calculated as per the notes to the interims. Can I suggest you focus your research on Factom the Company and then the factom the digital currency as they are very different beasts. Sure one of the more educated on here will give you some decent pointers for research. Mind you if they were the same thing 400k * $38 = $15m but many of us here believe a Factom share will, in due course, be worth an awful lot more than $38.

Loftgroov, my observation for what it is worth is we now have a fair few shares in Treasury which these latest ones have cost "us" 17p. Assuming we consolidate and build on the last few months these will be worth a fair bit more than 17p in due course which will add to our firepower when the BoD find their next investee company. Much better use of cash by FFWD than earning a poxy 0.5% in interest.

Fortunate enough to have got in here to now be three bagging and my daughters ISA is on a six so have been having a good old think about selling / top slicing as it's now a fair old chunk. No matter how I look at it, and acknowledging there may be downs and on days quite brutal ones as is the nature of AIM, I just keep coming back to how Graphene is going to change the world. Afraid 2 or 3 other companies on my watchlist are just going to have to wait till I realise some funds elsewhere as this one for me is add and keep adding as an when funds allow. correction - long term indicators 67% buy, short term 20% sell but weakening

Which indicators are you using which suggest this as I've just had a quick check on Barchart and it's a 67% buy based on a summary of all technical indicators which when drilled down are a bit of a mixed bag with the direction of many generally moving towards an up cycle. Posted a few weeks back that I didn't expect fall to reach £1 and still don't, rather think we'll make our way up to just under £1.30 and then float around for a bit till next news.

Mr O, saw it yesterday myself and likewise was wondering. Afraid none the wiser still, have to assume it's a buy at 167 but begs the question why they didn't just participate in the fund raise.

Mr O, it's not that bad, £31M in current environment without it being 20-30% below price is pretty darn good. Really do like this stock and have been in since HAA days and I do like the thing we have become. Fortunately made a significant average down in the 80p's, reason then was liked and trusted Alberto a lot and since then nothing has changed. This is already good for me and if you're still not in the blue it will come and probably on a shorter time frame than you think - I'm on for a significant rerate before end 2018 so hope you can stay in that long if needs be. Atb,, have read your posts on here for a long time now and is a shame to see your enthusiasm wane as we move from being a one trick pony. We know Alberton can take a heap of HAA s**** and turn it round and he'll do the same with the new on-time and in budget.
