The Parties have acknowledged that at the date of the Heads of Terms an aggregate amount of US$4,064,374.88 has been advanced by Premier to MauCo ("Premier Loan") and the Parties have agreed that the Premier Loan and any interest due under the Premier Loan will be offset on a pro rata basis against the Investment Amounts paid by Cadence to MauCo.

Late at night so brain a bit addled but how do other people read this? I'm reading it as Mauco owes Prem $4M (us shareholders ) but this is going to be written off as / if the KDNC money comes in. If correct it's a hell of cost we've just paid to secure this finance, makes Darwin / Riverfort look good value.

Based on past experience it wouldn't surprise me.

Mining companies work everywhere in the world with all sorts of regimes - we have one that isn't despite huge amounts of money being thrown at it.
Love to know where the bull is, mines don't exist all over the world or ours hasn't worked.

Come on, it's Zim it is what it is - the external environment is not the reason why we are where we are and Zim being Zim isn't going to come to our rescue.
Mining companies operate all over the world in all sorts of environments - responsibility for making sure it works is down to the BoD, good ones make it so bad one's don't.
Eg - I've done well in AAZ in Azejiban, not the sort of place you'd wish you were born into but the BoD make it work.

As they say, no s*** Sherlock it was about as bleeding obvious as the real problems this company faces but still the bury your head in the sand brigade tell you it'll be alright.

Hi Luther, long time no see here so hope all well. You still on 40M of these or have you managed to reduce exposure? Six months on and placing chips on a roulette table is the equivalent of making an investment here which about sums up the current situation. Obviously casinos have customers so all is not lost, we just need to attract them here :-)

Well it's not exactly been rocket science has it, .14 broken and by looks of it next stop will be 0.13, placing at 0.1 - we'll be lucky to get that. It may be 0.1 but with a zillion warrants attached, dare I say 0.075 will be the paling price. NaPom I'm sorry if you think this is muck spreading but mate you are burying your head in the sand, you held yourself out to get something organised (fair play to you for that) and according to your posts you have sufficient numbers of shareholders to force a change but then proceed to: 1- **** off holders, I'm sure there are many on here that can vouch for both myself and holding yet I haven't joined your club largely because of your own and others attitudes to anybody who posts the bleeding obvious here. I have been right about this now since the last huge raise in share ceiling, Woodpecker well before me and more recently Crazy. You might not like the content of our posts but they have been correct all the way. 2 - Not publicise what your actions and aims are to be All in all you seem to be running your group like GR has run Prem which isn't exactly inspiring lot of hot air and bugger all to show for it. Of course just my opinion but I don't think I'm alone it - either get your group organised into some sort of shape or you should step aside and let somebody else do it who can. Democracy is lovely but sometimes in life you just need somebody in charge to say this is what we are going to do so either support me or replace me, I think you're at that juncture.

It's just differing perspectives that's all, to me the all important thing (short term) is the Q2 numbers and on that score the last RNS advised process plant ops not affected. Now resource statements and drilling results are nice to have as they give you more information to validate your investment or not but they are things that occur over years so I'm not really that arsed whether it's this week or next that I get the update. Obviously there comes a point when it seriously needs questioned if you've not heard anything genuinely new for months (again Prem as an example now 5 plus months) but here is a bit early in the day results from boredom and impatience. They're valid reasons.

As a recent investor here I'm perfectly happy and am just awaiting the Q2 report, anything else on news front a bonus. Mind you I can understand people who are lth's and are underwater being frustrated as I'm one of those in Prem and I am f**** furious. However over there I feel quite justified based on the past performance of the BoD over a sustained period of time. Not quite the same here as when doing my research that was one thing I liked about them, so yes based on their past performance we have an unusual quiet spell when one would have expected the drilling news to be RNS'd but on the other hand we are now moving to a producer when one tends to expect more structured reporting and less of the random occurrences of an RNS. I wouldn't and aren't panicking, call it an amber flag that's all.

I wouldn't call it pluck, if it's necessary the price will be awful and unless there is any incredibly good news the Darwinesque like clearing of the placing shares will take so long it'll make watching paint dry exciting.

Welcome back Crazy, trust all well. As usual sensible post rather than wishful unproven thinking, tried adding my tuppence worth over the weekend for what it's worth. Thats fine but there has to be a clearly defined purpose, we all heard the webinar last week and hand on heart what was different about it to all the previous? Words may have changed but the underlying message still the same, trust me it'll all come good, not my fault it's gone wrong, need more money, sorry can't answers the questions we as owners of the company should know.

Think the issue is there really isn't time, AGM notice this week potentially and we know what's in it hence why price is falling. You've got the clout, you need somebody to grab it by the balls because by the time feet are found it'll in all likelihood be too late. Anyway I've a sh** load of stuff to get on with that I can control so as usual I wish the group all the best.

Take this afternoon for example and the conversation with Wingut. No I've no idea if he or she is a genuine lth holder or not and neither does anybody else. Say he or she is, how has he or she been treated would you say and are they less or more likely to join the group? With the greatest of respect Woodpecker was the most switched on poster this Board has ever seen because he or she called this 100% absolutely spot on over two years ago yet is still castigated even today. Wtf are people not thinking straight? In my previous life I ran a reasonably sized company (sold not far short of Prem's current value 6 years ago and recently resold for twice Prem's current value. Did I surround myself with people who called it right more often than not or people whose equivalent contribution to this Board is along lines of "well sell up then", "you're just so and so under a different name", "I get your point of view but you just repeat it over and over again and negativity isn't doing us any good". Negativity isn't what destroys a business it's bad management and bad decision making. Mmmm let me think what type of people I had around me to succeed. Every shareholder here unless they've bought in recently will be massively well under water, bad decisions have cost us all a flaming fortune (myself around £50k at this moment in time), that's what the entire focus of the group should be and I ain't sold that it is because this stupid pettiness is still going on. Hint to group - come out with a strong statement of what your aims are and how they're going to be achieved, with 700M shares a seat on the Board is a no brainer for starters and let GR know it's the price. Believe me you'd have over 1Bn in the group shortly after. Another hint if you're in the group and post here try to remember you are representing the group and are a reflection of it, surely name calling and churlish insults aren't part of the person the group wants to give off is it? Anyway just a few of my late night musing and hopefully will give one or two you some food for thought, after all I've still got some 15M of these so it'd be nice to get something back out of it.

It all depends upon how you define pressure, last August we applied pressure and to what end? Yesterday was like Groundhog Day. I'm afraid I'll have to disagree with you over "Spouting frustrations" as my view of a bulletin board is that they exist for people to express opinions and discuss news and any other new information. As far as I can tell that's what I've done here, given my opinion on the webinar, discussed news (going from 2 to 5M) and done it all in a perfectly reasonable manner. As said I'm probably a bit too much of a disruption but wish you all he best in your endeavours.

I see an company I used to be involved in has recently been resold for £20M based on circa £6m t/o and £1m profit (mandata) - food for thought with our turnover of £30M if we can start to show some decent profits on 2nd July 335M one would hope is far too low a market ca.

NaPom, hands up in that I haven't emailed with my holding so please feel free to tell me to sod off. Several reasons for this but primarily the main one is I don't think anybody is prepared to go in hard enough as to how this company has been run. I'm absolutely frustrated at yesterdays webinar, more so than the one I helped instigate last year. Yet again GR has flustered and blustered and delivered sfa - just taking your comment about the new info about $5.2M, I'll agree it's new because this is a direct response from GR at the London meeting 'Feasibility study couple of million but don't have the money - feasibility more holes and testing, GR best guesstimate is could be done in 9 months." So yes it's new information and in the space of less than year we've gone from a couple of mill to five and more mill, the guy quite simply doesn't have a grasp or grip on the financial aspects of running company and shows this time over time. He needs reigned in big style, we now all know a placing is coming so yet again we will be diluted and let loose somebody who appears to have no grasp of financials. Absolutely zero trust or faith it'll be money well spent and several months later we will be back in the same boat yet again. You give me an indication that getting back control of our company is something you're seriously addressing and I'll give you my full support - by that I mean going for a shareholder rep on the board, on the renumeration committee, basically one of us sticking our nose into every aspect of this business and where the cash is being spent and has been spent - that's the price I think GR and the rest of our BoD should be paying for the performance of the last few years. Is that what you're going for because if it's just more of the same as yesterday was then I'm simply better off just voting against any share cap raise as it's a farce. Honestly the utter bulls*** about not being able to talk about cash there is absolutely no reason why this could not have been discussed, it's garbage and just downright insulting to us. So the reason I haven't emailed you is I think I'm probably a step too far for most holders here in where I think we need to go and so I applaud your efforts but would probably be too much of a disruption as you need to be all singing from the same song sheet and I'm most definitely not.
