Don't think it matters as the big 4 have already committed to the minimum requirement of £25M, anything else is just extra cash. Is it just a contingency or as previously mentioned if it comes in the final balance required to pay off Astor. Would be nice if it was IMO

Sold the last of my holdings around the 1.36 mark but still follow. From memory I wrote a post many months ago when we were discussing market cap of around �30M and general consensus was at that level it was building in a lot of growth. Roll forward to where we are today and IMO the growth hasn't been there hence why market cap is now �19M. Question is if this is now a low growth company is �19M fair value? For now I'm staying on the sidelines and going to wait till I see signs of growth in reported results as the longer it takes to achieve then through a combination of low volume (interest), boredom etc etc I could see this continuing to drift down - how far no idea but say its �1.5M for the full year * 10 then to me would suggest a decline would end around the .5 or .6 mark.

Reported 17:08 59,000 at 152.50, surely not a buy as 1.53 for far less shorty before so leaves a sale, if so stinking good price achieved. Nice if somebody is interested in them rather than somebody just after a good stake because once the low hanging fruit is gone it'll get a lot more expensive with the small (and diminishing) free float and am fairly sure JW would be thinking well we've been at �4 before so if you want a recommendation it'd better be for a good one. Just musing.

Just @ 0.7% at �1.50 on the sell, breach that and next resistance all the way up in the �1.70's. Very small free float here, good underlying business with great recurring revenues, pain ion moving to SaaS nearly complete. Just IMO but what's not to like here?

Another busy day on trades, big 60,000 sale and the bid increases ....... methinks somebody is accumulating, be interesting to see what happens if a few buys come in during the rest of the day. No change to medium term view that this has legs to pass �2

For once it looks like the AIM gods are looking down on me, had been meaning to get back in for a couple of weeks but for some reason never got round to it. Looks like a 20p (or better if mkt doesn't like the news) opportunity is about to swim over the horizon.

Seller was up nice and early today, still assume it means sfa but it's nice to watch us continue our upward march. Doubled money so far and still think this has much further to go.

Here again today with their 2, as yesterday means nothing but if we go up this amount again on Tues they can keep pn doing it.

Back again, no idea if means anything but we've moved nicely up while they've been occurring so not going to complain if it carries on

Also been watching for quite a while now, been consistent in posting saying at 1.00p this could be worth a couple of grand punt for a long shot payout. Above 1p still far too risky for even a punt especially as volume is dreadful and at this rate it'll be months before darwin are cleared so still more downward pressure. Lth's feel for you and wouldn't begrudge missing my 1p if you got a blinding Sales RNS instead. Been in a death spiral too many times myself so know how it feels

Genuinely feel it for you holders here, but please please be careful here D can seriously damage your wealth and I follow this company as truly think graphene alongside things like lithium, 3D printing, electric cars etc (basically Tony Seba's vision of the future). There is just isn't the volume in this share to deal with these notes and D always (ALWAYS) profit so if there isn't volume the price tends to go down. No doubt along the way there will be spikes - I'm a big PREM holder and see what has happened there in last week or so. I post on here every few weeks and have been consistent all along, I'll buy at 1.00 or thereabouts - if I'm wrong I've lost nothing but the risk is just too high on this one to buy now unless you've got the balls to trade the smoke and mirrors around every spike.

How are you getting a couple of million? Volume here has been abysmal for weeks / months on end and there are a hell of lot of shares been issued to Darwin - 10's of millions. Posted months ago that will be buying in if / when reaches 1p and based on the number of shares Darwin still have to sell I still think it'll get there or thereabouts in due course. Too risky for me at the minute, but good luck if you're already in.
