Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
That's the one to read alongside note 27 to give an idea of the costs this lot have extracted .... Consulting and Advisory, Office and Admin
Good work for some.
Enjoy evening all, really not worth wasting time on reading either of these in detail. You know what a car crash looks like when you see it. Lets all hope IQ is a secret millionaire as they're going to need one for the working capital placing let alone GR's shopping sprees.
Interim report - cash from financing activities in the 6 months £1.348M (debts and dilution) and the cash balance at the end of all that is £37K compared to £40K at the start.
£1.351M cash spent in 6 months (near 1/4£M per month) and some people still think this is a good investment???????
Well the Going Concern clause should finally spell it for you .... The forecasts include additional equity finance which the directors believe can be met.
Really?
Nah
Still on track for 0.02 or whatever £2-£3M market cap is with current number of shares at which time see if we can play dead cat bounce.
Not really worth reading the rest of the carp but may have a quick look at the annuals just to see how much GR and the boys rewarded themselves for getting us to such a stunning position.
Does it really matter whether we get accounts in the next hour or so before today's RNS service ends? Probably not, just simply that we're possibly waiting until the very last minute says it all.
Pragmatists amongst us not too worried one way or t'other - team ramp if they're still holding (unlikely) probably bricking it. Oh to be a fly on the wall in the private twitter group, actually on second thoughts watching group of jellyfish continue to bury their heads in the sands isn't that entertaining. Anyway Naps you and your group sure did provide some comedy gold over the years if it is to be the end.
Roll on 7am, surely has to be an RNS even if just a suspension unless even the Nomad doesn't want to touch it with a bargepole. Anybody heard from them today? No response to my email asking re accounts, bet they wish their signature wasn't on all the crud from the last year if this does go t888s up.
See somebody bought 7.6M shares at 9:30 and then sold them just after 10 and managed to lose £480 in about 40 minutes. Stunning performance hence why questioning whether it was GR buying as he's the only person I know who can achieve such awesome financial returns. If not quick GR get them signed up for a role as they'll fit right in with the BoD philosophy.
So no accounts yet, wonder why ......... well actually I neither wonder why nor give a proverbial really as it's been signposted for so long now that if you actually give one you're probably holding too many at a very bad price
"the Company does not foresee any difficulty in meeting the 30 September 2020 deadline for both annual financials and interims. "
Mind you when has GR ever delivered anything on time and to budget - actually when has he delivered anything but dilution? Had forgotten about the interims also due today - double whammy to look forward to then, can't wait ...... well a few hours still to go but reckon have to be good odds on suspension now and probably a rush for the door at 8am
25 - couple of posts only from you so taking them with a huge pinch of salt however I do have my own concerns over cashflow with this one so if not just a BS post re redundancies would you care to share more details / source.
BM - had one whilst out with dog, hope yours is as good. Posted because of MGM and my hope was / is Leap would be preferred supplier however with this and as GVC's major strength is it's systems I fear Inspired will get the opportunity instead. Obviously because it may be slightly negative to consider we may lose out on such an opportunity Doggo then made his usual type of remark. It was nothing more or nothing less than something interesting which may or may not affect one of our Investee companies.
Just done a quick trawl back as knew I'd rad a post on GVC here in the last few weeks. Turns out it was Pirate Flag as follows:
It's just a thought but many GVC brands are using Leap virtuals and GVC have entered a joint venture in the US with MGM Resorts. I have had a look at MGM sportsbook and could not find any virtual sports offerings. You never know it might present an opportunity into the US market.
You may not find it of interest but others may - looks like we've missed out on an opportunity, lets hope Pirate Flag's view that GVC through it's MGM tie up might open up the US because if GVC's choice is used with MGM then it'll be these guys. GVC are very very good on systems.
Seen GVC today (on of my favourites) - virtual sports seems to be the driver https://europeangaming.eu/portal/latest-news/2020/09/23/78185/gvc-europe-launches-inspireds-virtuals-across-its-online-platforms/
IQ Joker - that ain't a lth, wee bairn in terms of Prem timeline and just looking to make a quick buck with pure BS. Tedboy and Zulu did loads of research just like you claim to when all it is is wishful thinking without absolutely zero evidence to back up anything you claim. Real research, my arse
Yeah IQ - looking at history is interesting as back in Jul 19 you claimed you had sold out.
Now to me that suggests you bought back in and since Jul 19 there's a reasonable chance you bought back in at around today's price or possibly even lower if your timing was good.
Now to the 9 people who recommended your post, IQ sort of neglected to mention that aspect and he / she is not here for your welfare nor is he / she a long term holder ....... probably just another ramping BS'er who would quiet happily leave you out to dry when circumstances change. I'm pretty sure most of the ramp brigade are similar.
I may be blunt and you may not like what I say but at least I don't appear to be a two faced shyster, eh IQ?
IQ - if you think me questioning and being 100% spot on over off the top of my head
1: Corporate Governance post a few years ago
2: The Riverfort scandal
3: The Honey Badger fiasco
is funny then that is your choice. My choice is I think team ramp BS such as that expressed by Xulu or Tedboy was absolutely hilarious in it's incompetence. Different senses of humour I guess but that's what makes the world go round.
wolf - do have a life to live so not here at anybodies beck n call. Also no idea why you're asking as it's common knowledge and I've posted before that this lot in my Sipp were accumulated around 0.42 so worth about 10% of what paid and fully expect this to go down to 5%. If it does then quick drop another £10 / £20K in and get out fast with perhaps double, if it doesn't and miraculously goes up before then still win. Looks like I'm one of the few perfectly comfortable with the current situation with a strategy if it goes as I expect and insurance if it doesn't. It's the poor sods who have been hoodwinked by GR and team ramp who are in balls deep with no spare funds you should be more concerned about as doubling from where I expect this will go will merely put the price back a little above where it is now.
IQ - yeah sure, heard same BS now for many a year .... Naps had Circum floating a couple of years ago one Jan, nailed on it was, nudge nudge, wink wink and a whole load of punters / lemmings followed. Lot of people kicking themselves already, don't need me to help them they have already had enough help.
You don't know about horses either then, only ones in at present will be ill ones, in the UK we tend to bring them in on Nov 5th. Just leisure ones here not racehorses. Methinks E666 doth protest too much
Seriously, save yourself the stress and find out how to use the filter button
E666 - yes I do and it's easily confirmed as my identity isn't hidden . Also as previously advised still have 9M here for a bit of fun as not really worth doing anything with them. Not checking basic information is probably why you're in the mess with this share that I've managed to avoid (trading it subsequently has more than covered the 9M I foolishly bought & should have sold eons ago).
