Nuformix reaches milestone with lead product
Drugs developer Nuformix successfully completed its first clinical development study for its lead product NXP001 in the six months to 30 September.

In its half year results, the company added that additional out-licensing and development opportunities for NXP001 are currently under evaluation.

Nuformix CEO Dr Dan Gooding said, 'Our results strongly validate the Group's strategy to retain low operational costs whilst generating revenues from both out-licensing and collaborative development.

'We have reached a significant milestone for our NXP001 programme and our attention now turns to NXP002 and progression towards the clinic and patients.

'Commercially, we look forward to further progress in our cannabinoid development agreement with Ebers whilst progressing out-licensing discussions with multiple parties for NXP002 and our wider portfolio.'

Noticed the big trades after hours on Friday. Been a funny few days on here. Think the nonsense is behind us now. Looking forward to bigger and better things now. Can see some positive news flows about potential licensing with 002 and an update with 004 on the horizon. Should be an interesting end to Q1. The chart looks like it’s heading back to early November SP until an update to give it some real meat on the bones here.

Everyone makes own mind up about the truth in most things. Even if the truth looks at you in the face and gives you a slap most people won’t believe.

KEFI has huge potential just the BOD don’t seem legit as a past history of huge let downs like most aim miners. Coleey save your cash, this thing is on a knife edge. Hundreds of other companies with better prospects, just dig a little. Dark forces involved here, save yourself the stress.

I know other companies have had trading suspended due irregularities and even imprisonments for BOD. This doesn’t seem like a “sale” going on, smells more like a bumped up share price for the in the know. Feel for genuine locked out here hope it comes good.

Too soon is dependent on what the price is.....if a big player like Kissei want the proven tech all for themselves £2 a share is small change for them but as a shareholder I would say yes thanks.

Or Dan has mentioned previously who would sell the company for around £2 per share.......you never know in this game.

Barwick, I’m just sharing the facts with you. Of course I know what happened after the leaked story. It will happen with any SP unless something is signed & sealed people either forget the potential or become impatient. I for one know the value here & if the leak was anything to go by the SP will be double digits when a deal is signed. I am happy to wait. No matter how many pennies down it goes.

Barwick, Dan said yes to the rumour in the VOX podcast that he did when he updated the shareholders after the RNS. In his own words said yes it’s true and the numbers mentioned were better than reported but said it didn’t help negotiations, meaning they want a better deal on the table.

A rumour which was confirmed by An RNS and subsequently Dan saying negotiations with multiple interested parties.

Whatever the smell seems suspiciously like some underhand tactical manoeuvre by the bod. Think logical, SP doubles within a week, tweet seemed from a fake account, they suspended to clarify relationships. Smell a rat! No deramp just logic.
