I did also read the statement relating to Covid 19.

I’m a relatively new shareholder, and it frustrates me, I couldn’t begin to imagine how it feels for long term shareholders that have endured the full extent of this journey.

Remaining positive with this.

I think the drill is going ahead, it’s simply too far down the line to be putting the brakes on.

9 months filing a JR (3 months late). TitanAtlas claims the late application was because the Bahamians thought it was just all talk because it had been going on so long and it wouldn’t come to fruition... not strong enough in my opinion.

The PM has stated that his legal team have said there is no way out of it. So how does it look if suddenly there is a way out? Too much of a contradiction.

A deadline is a deadline for a reason. If you didn’t file in time then it’s unfortunate. It’s a bit late for getting the book of excuses out.

At least we are only days away from the outcome...

Obviously not great news but I feel this uncertainty is somewhat already factored in the current SP.

The share price has been lower than expected since this issue was raised and as far as I’m concerned it’s not been been halted yet.

There has to be some consideration for how far this has come and the fact that, hopefully, all legal requirements have been met by BPC and the government.

This article neglects to mention the 6 months window to file for a JR. We are now 9 months down the line.

Surely.... six months is six months... I couldn't use that excuse with a parking fine, let alone an oil drill.

Mixed views on this.

Yes, it is a financial shame for investors that the costs have been significantly raised to protect against the spread of Covid.
Could it be over financially over exaggerated? possibly. On the flip side if the extra precautions were not put in place and in turn we had an outbreak which caused delays and financial losses would we all be wishing the we had dealt with it in advance.

We are all here to hopefully make some money and it's very easy for people to sit back and tell the world how it should be done when in reality not everything is straight forward. I think maybe we need to stop for a moment and think whether we will still make any money and in turn protect the people who are making this drill happen from becoming seriously ill from a deadly disease.

We have been here before, lower than this when the Aries news was announced.

All boils down to if we are 'investors' or traders'...

For sure we expect 'something' by way of RNS for Billingham, but who knows what other announcements are to be made regarding other projects...

I'm sitting tight, we are still hovering around the .50's, not bad considering the current economic climate.
