Finally a bit of news flow, hopefully this will pick up again.

Hi all, probably wont be posting too often here, but I decided to take a reasonable, but still speculative position here.
For me it's the same with any mining stock, high risk, plenty of upside as long as it doesn't run out of money in the interim. I think the attractive thing about SAV is Mina do Barosso in Portugal, the EU will be at loggerheads with China over battery metals and supply chain security.
So having a lithium resource in the EU is of strategic benefit. As lithium ninded people may be aware Chinese companies(Ganfeng) are moving aggressively particularly in African nations to buy up lithium mines eg: Bacanora Lithium mine and Goulamina hard-rock mine for example.
Harvested this from the KOD forum: https://www.reuters.com/article/us-ganfeng-lithium-mali-mine-idUSKCN2DQ108
Bacanora lithium takeover: https://www.investorschronicle.co.uk/news/2021/05/06/bacanora-announces-takeover-approach-from-chinese-lithium-major/
That's my main reason for investing here. Only time will tell if I'm correct.
Dont get me wrong it is frustrating, just trying to see the silver lining.
I suppose funds like helium have been invested for some time and want their ROI sooner rather than later, but it does feel like such an exciting RNS we are back to being pummeled with big sells.
The only benefit to the institutional offloading is that it will help other retail investors step in before the next slice of good news.
I'm sure it must be a bit of a kicker to those buying in yesterday, fingers crossed we won't drift back past .25 and can keep the momentum going.
It's certainly starting to heat up here and else where, from junior miners to life sciences I'm seeing more blue this week than I've seen in months...
Exactly, warrants or not, I doubt this will move north in any serious fashion in the next month or so. We might see a bit more activity before main market listing perhaps. I'm quite confident in this company and comfortable to see paper losses at the minute.
I'm certain we will gather momentum on the main market.
Topped up again, just one more tranche and I'm done and can forget about it until September.
Notably with all the sells going into the etha on aquis, my average is really coming down. Nearly reached my target holding, so hopefully cashflow depending next Payday might see me through to that.
Then I'm going to freeze my portfolio and start window shopping on auto trader hahah.
I bought a slice of these at 26p during lockdown 3, sold at a loss after the placing, bought back in last week as I feel like me and Revs have unfinished business.
People were happily paying 40p a share prior to placement.
General question here. Amongst many of the possible outcomes here, has anyone considered the potential impact be it positive or negative of a A&M by/with DVRG.
I know quite a few of the Longer term investors here will potentially have a stake there aswell or at least monitor the other BB.
Any thoughts on this? Thanks
I must admit I enjoy listening to Zak and the crew on Sunday Roast. To be honest they have inspired one or two other investments.
I do always hear positive coverage of DVRG and MSYS on his show. Quite like the charts too.
Also know he's tied into Vox markets that will have increased his reach. Good exposure for MSYS in my humble.
Ah I did think everyone was very polite and positive prior to today. Must be on to a good thing then, bit of a shame though, I always enjoy an early bird board.
At least I arrived in time to get an idea of who are the serious holders in the room.
I think I'll let the SP bounce around today as it's confusing my broker app no end. I'll check back end of play and see if I'm any better off.
Just the beginning as we all know. Good luck everyone!
My Mays holding just ticked blue on 8am sharp.
Tapping the screen like a dodgy dial on an old car.
Will reload the application I can't beleive it.
No doubt the spread will change and the institutional sellers will sell into it, but still...crazy?!
Excellent news, the contracts will surely come in good time, so many strings being added to the bow.
Thanks coconocchio, good read, heartened by it!
Here is the post, copy and pasted below for easy reading:
It is clear that many investors are unsure on how to value and appraise the e-sports market. A lot of material is available for the discerning investor who is keen to get to get to grips with the sheer value to be had here.
are currently trading at a significant discount to its peers with FV several multiples of today's value. It won't be long before the market catches-up to the enormity here however the real value is to be had at current prices. With c$10m in sponsorship revenue already signed up within 6 months of IPO and with a lot more to come H2 2021 as per interims, the firm is beautifully poised to continue to be the fastest growing e-sports company in the world.
The novel academy idea is an absolute gem and should gather long term revenues through player sales. Investors will do well to understand that other revenue streams like media rights fees and game publisher fees will be certainly on the agenda in 12-24 months as the firm grows and extends its participation to other/new games.
The largest e-sports company is Team SoloMid valued at $450m as at Dec 2020 with revenues of $45m. Currently GILD with over $10m of secured revenue in contracts and prize money and more to follow in H2 2021, the novel initiatives (academy etc.), management performance and ambition, Beckham's backing (i.e. influencer reach)..I'd argue that the current mcap should be greater than the average sector's 10-12x Revs.
GILD should be trading at least on a 2-3x multiple from its current mcap of £38m that includes £15m of cash. Therein lies the opportunity for the canny investor! An absolute bargain!
