I do that aswell so I don't feel as bad ?? average down to 11p now from 17. Been a long year
Blue-sky don't expect anything and you won't be disappointed, that's how I deal with amigo now! Every time I think it's going good and buy more, the price goes down haha. You need a crystal ball to predict this share.
Where have you seen this? I imagine it will be a crazy day tomorrow then!
Mtel I suppose in a way this is a bit like the day prior to court. Decision should definitely be out before Monday open
ShanieG, That happened on the 2nd court date. Tomorrow is just a formality really and should almost definitely pass through
Do you think they will suspend the shares after the last court date until the RI? Or will it be business as usual until the RI? Just wondering what my options are if I wanted to jump off at the second to last stop.
Rosie is strongwoman ??
IK I think you are scaring him off there. That estimate that he will need to pay £237,000 to own the same holding is crazy imo from what I have been reading up. The sp is very low atm for a start. Its all guesswork and should be stated as that. It could be that he needs to put another 50k in to keep the same percentage of the company who knows.
Another thing I'd like to add. We all know it is a risk! So don't come back in a few months if it all goes t!ts up and say I told you so!!! Because everyone knows the risks
Strongwoman are you an investor by trade?
Jimbo, do you think them calculations might be close to what they will offer? I'm not far off your example
Will they be having a question time video any time soon so I can call Gary a c.u.n.t?
It feels like they have literally held us at gun point and left us with nothing except our underwear. How is this right? Haha.
Oh and told the wealthy ones that they were coming so they were away at the time!
Take money away from people who have saved and invested, to give to people who signed a contract knowingly what they would be losing. Its laughable.
So in that case noble we will be offered more shares at just under the 3p mark and not 5-10% of that figure (basing on today's price)
If the price dropped to 5% value now so say 0.5p for arguments sake. Then on a rights issue you get offered shares for 5% of 0.5p then you would get an absolutely massive bargain. So it won't drop to 5% before dilution. Someone tell me if I'm wrong I'm just an amateur.
Im guessing something to do with the rights issue. We haven't been diluted yet have we so technically we still own 100% with the opportunity to buy other shares so we still own the same percentage In the company at a discounted rate...I'm not sure though how good this would be.
Has anyone calculated what the rights issue could be. Would we be offered 19 shares for every 20 we own at 5% of the market price? Just trying to work out what this would look like and how much it would cost to still own the same holdings in the company.
Does anyone have an incling of an idea what this share price could potentially reach before dilution?
What would be the determined price jimbo
Yuri, write this stuff in a diary not LSE
So am I right in thinking we get to buy 19 shares at 5% of the price as it currently is or what will the datum figure be? And we get that option before it goes to market and inflates? .
