WSG and Mar are excellent prospects. I am already full blooded in WSG and would like a piece of MAR as it looks undervalued so i will have to shun WSG, for now lol
Nice one.
"2012 has been a transformational year for Skyepharma. We saw five major regional product launches alongside a restructuring of the Group's debt to better align repayment obligations with Skyepharma's forecast cash generative potential. After a long and complex development programme, flutiform gained regulatory approval in Europe and resulted in several launches, including the UK and Germany. flutiform has also been filed in Japan. These developments represent significant further validation of the Group's proprietary respiratory technology and expertise in a complex treatment area. "The combination of several product approvals and a much improved capital structure significantly improves the Group's outlook and sets the stage for future growth
I agree with you. I bought in earlier this week after waiting for what seemed like an eternity for the share price to bottom. Strong buying this morning and in previous days from what looks like an instituion so hopefully news now will send this into orbit, as it has broken resistance. What potential do you see if you dont ind me asking? MM
50.50p to Sell and 53.45p to Buy. Looking strong to me
I am also very pleased to report that the Group is at various stages of negotiation with third parties, including Housing Associations, for further contracts involving sites in the West Midlands, Nottinghamshire and London. We expect that these contracts, if secured, will all be signed during 2013 and enable Mar City to make further substantial progress in 2013 and 2014. Furthermore we expect that, as the Group continues to grow, we will be able to broaden our geographic area of operations by undertaking more developments of new homes in London and the south east of England.
see Mar board for what I am talking about
I can only assume but perhaps a new housing development project? Perhaps a contract they indicated in last years statements. It would be the perfect time to announce it with the AGM next week and chart ready for its next leg up. Any thoughts?
50.31p lol
49.75p to sell just over 20,000 shares
I will look at it now :). Yeah, I am really impressed with their financials. They have taken out a loan for the purchase of more land but I can see that being paid off without any issue. I think there is only 13-15% of shares in circulation and i doubt the board will be selling anytime soon. I will add as well during next week.
Definitely. Still early days for them but I see massive potential for them. They want to establish and market homes for the 'affordable' market, which i know has huge room for growth. Defintely a buy and hold. Little downside to them since they are in profit and have lots of on going negotiations. They will generate some serious returns to those who buy in the near term and keep them for the long haul

Cheers buddy. Also I called up Mar City today and spoke with the CEO. He seems like a nice guy. Apparently the AGM is on Monday in London. He said he cant reveal price sensitive information but said something about keeping my eyes peeled on their website next week.
51.09p paid :)
50 pence broken!

A Great set of results. Well done buddy :)
Hey, yeah its looking really good. The re-rate has begun and should be a lot more than it is now in the short, medium and long term. Did you buy in?
