You’ve done a fantastic job of time lining and highlighting all those who warned you about the loan share providers and false promises, while at the same time you were trying to get them banned whilst promoting the company. Hi Lucky. Hoping your post relating to the auditors resignation would provide more insight, but it’s been posted today and is just another copy of the initial letter. Why they would post it twice, god only knows? I thought AZ was a regulatory expert 🤷‍♂️

It was posted yesterday? that there is another letter from the auditors awaiting posting at companies house. Look at the companies house website and it shows it as being processed and will be available in 10 days (which I presume is from date of receipt). Hopefully get more of an insight as to why they resigned then.

Ex and other sceptics were initially honest and to the point in reporting the evidence in a measured but critical manner. Positive posters piled on the abuse, deleting their comments as quick as they could and trying to ridicule them, with some still trying to claim they are TW!! If they reacted in a condescending or less than polite way to this abuse put it down to human nature. You chose your side Peaky, so accept your losses, but don’t look for excuses around those that warned you.

Yes Deacs. It was an issue from the offset. A few posters, including Ex, TA and others warned of this, like they did about every other reach RNS announcement using the words potentially, expected, likely,blah blah blah etc, but they were abused and deleted. Look at the deleters for the real culprits in this saga. Hopefully Savvy’s big Spanish Inquisition will get to the bottom of it, but I suspect it will look at him first.

Maybe they were suspended or banned by LSE, because certain posters, including you Savvy, reported them for telling the truth, but you kicked them off. Maybe thats why they no longer have any sympathy for you and your cheerleading trolls??

In the weeks and maybe months leading up to Crowe’s resignation, those in the know (AZ etc) would have been in consultation with the knowledge they were about or likely to walk.

Was this knowledge of material knowledge to the share price? The fact the share price almost halved in value on its release on 25th September would suggest it was.

Companies House files indicate Crowe formally tendered their resignation on 18th September, a week before the RNS. A slight rise in volume on the 23rd/24th September but nothing like the rise at the end of August/2nd September.

If I had bought shares between 19th and 24th September, I wouldnt be impressed with the company sitting on its hands and not telling me.
