RE: Company value Polymetal International: trying to get closer12 Aug 2023 19:11
Very good effort urai5. Thank you for sharing this. I can’t fault your reasoning which seems sound - but I’m no accountant. I had hoped (with no back up calculations) that the full value we shareholders could receive after the re-domicile, the company split, dividends from the sale of Poly(R) and a re-listing of Poly(K) in London could be as high as $10 in total (sp plus dividends in the interim) and any more than that I’d view as a bonus. Of course the new Poly (K) might be able to surprise on the upside over time as I’m guessing they will be more keen to grow the company by concentrating more on some of the JV deals that are already in place plus further exploration. I’m pretty sure that the current management team will want to expand substantially on the extant Poly(K) assets so I’ll keep my very modest share holding for the long term for what I hope will be a sustainable and growing dividend stream
