i can't see anything positive about this. debt nearly 12m, selling diamonds and raising 7.5m to pay off the debt. so the remaining diamonds are only worth 4.5m. this means that ap raised 3.5m to clean etc.. the diamonds when their total value was 5.5m!!!!! the bloke is a crook! i can say goodbye to my £6.5k investment and tbh, i would much rather lose it than put another penny in that ****s pocket

The diamonds are a make or break for me. They need to be sold prior to the vote. This money can hopefully pay off the debt and have a few quid in the bank that can go towards the RTO. If this doesn't happen then it's a case of AP and friends cashing in after the RTO and getting 80% of their value for Gulf.

AP wants to raise £7.5m!

Surely he can sell the remaining diamonds instead. Oh wait a minute......... if he sells them post deal, him and his cronies will get 80% of their value!

A lot of talk on here about the lack of communication from the BoD.

The BoD are Singaporean. They have a different culture to us. They are not prone to being boastful, have a strong work ethic and are honest.

I’m glad we don’t get a whole load of flannel from them as when the RNS’s land, they are meaningful.

I’ve been in this share for 4 years and hold just over a million but I truly believe that, if I hold my bottle they will make me a millionaire.

They can’t leave their clients high & dry until integration.

As a LTH I'm not bothered if the next news is tomorrow or next month.

When it does eventually land and there's a lot of news due, the sp will rocket.

I skip past most of the comments on here from spooked day traders, derampers and rampers.

RNS from this BoD aren't the fluffed up c*ap you get from the miner's who are ramping in preparation to dilute.

Our board, in general are underwhelming when posting their achievements and can be trusted to deliver what they say.

Unless we get a TR1 I think there will continue to be consolidation until we get the next lot of news.
