So if we see above that, 90k+, I think that's when we will see a decent jump in SP on Monday.

I honestly think the biggest risk in the short term is trump. Yes his antics have helped Gold BUT if he spooks the markets too much, which he could do anytime, everyone suffers in the short term.

Hopefully we have a great afternoon ahead of us, and a great Monday too, lets just hope Trump can contain himself until then.

The next escalation between US & China will be a halt on some trade. Do we think much will happen between these two over the weekend? The markets might close but we don't want volatility on Monday morning...

Those that haven't are very lucky as they have stumbled across an amazing opportunity.

Given the fact the market knows there is going to be an RNS at 07.00 Monday I think we will see another decent rise tomorrow. We know it will be a stonking set of figures or why would you announce it in such a way, SD wants people to take notice.

Much better to have a few days of smaller rises (if you can call 15% small!), than a huge swing in one day, that will entice the traders to make a quick buck.

I think we could see 13p+ tomorrow.

I think your right TT, I wonder if Shaun could well hold off releasing the Q1 results until stability in the markets returns.

People must need their money elsewhere to liquid other positions. The market knows the results won't be around for at least another week, probably two. I can see the money coming back in next week in anticipation of the results, it would be a smart bet.

When does everyone think more news will land and what will be first?!

When does everyone we expect the latest Telfer drilling results or reserves update? Flip of a coin I know. Perhaps that is what is needed to get us out the current spiral.

Very disappointing to see this level of a drop, far bigger than the shock of the tariffs in the wider markets, and indeed other gold miners.

Hopefully we get the quarterly results next week but IMO it will be the w/c 21st April.

Appreciate the advice but I'm happy with my strategy.

I have a stop loss in place in case the worst happens, lower than the MM's will hopefully ever take it. As long as I have the funds needed for the house purchase, I see this as a way of making a decent return.

Hi all.

Whilst not an avoid poster you may remember saying I exited GGP last month to fund a house purchase, we were at 9.3p at the time. The purchase has been pushed back a month so I got back in at 10.8p a couple of weeks back.

A couple of days later we shot up to 13.2p! How I wish I'd sold again at the point as it would've made me 20k or so.

I've got another 7-10 days left before I need to exit again so I'm praying the quarterly results come out by then or we get a Telfer reserves update.

Can't believe the daily swings we seem to be having the last month or so, even before the orange man's tariffs.

Given Gold is a safe haven and with the impending news we have I'm surprised we haven't started to move back up yet... I thought we were earlier but that was short lived.

I'm afraid to say a goodbye from me to this board. I've just sold all my shares at 9.10p, just over 130k.

I have a house purchase going through shortly and needed funds from here to complete. I am disappointed to be out as I believe Greatland has huge potential and will likely be 20p plus in a few month time. I even considered putting the house purchase off as the returns would be substantial for me, but had to be sensible as nothing in life is guaranteed.
