Dai. For a stock like LLOY, very narrow spread 0.1p. You can use a stop loss to limit your loss.

As for Broker, there is no way LLOY will rise to that price, anytime soon, even with increased margins from increasing base rates.

BUT once the sp moves outside the established trading range, best step back and let it re establish a new trading range.

Total issued no of shares

You get the idea.

Company news is out via RNS just after 7am, I look and read, try and understand a story, shortlist 4-5 to monitor the % increase by 10am, if it is more than 30%, I will see if I can short the stock if it ticks my criteria, go short and monitor with live prices/ and or alarms set to trigger a warning at a set price.

I try and make £500 per day. Remember SB is tax free if it is not your only job :)

Ladies and Gents, may I offer a small trading idea.

Most days I look at the leader board of the shares with the largest increase by about 09:30- 10:00

I then pick 2 and short them over the next 2-3 days, pure contrarianism.

The thing is, it works, I make solid profits. We have all witnessed a co SP shoot up and then fall back, time and time again, sell on news, can be used to your/our advantage, if you want to trade.

I utilize IG spreadbets,

The other top tip is Spreadbet LLOY, it is in a trading range of 42p to 46p. It does not sound much, but at £500 per point movement, 4p x £500 = £2000 every 5 weeks, or whatever you are comfortable with.

I buy (IG SB) at about 42p and on average it trundles up to approx 46p within 5 weeks, I close that position and short it, to double my gains as it falls back to 42p to then close and buy again, to repeat 9-10 times pa.

You have to be vigilant with dates of quarterly results/dividend dates, but it works and has made me a considerable sum.

HOWEVER YOU REALLY NEED TO UNDERSTAND SB BEFORE YOU START INVESTING, START VERY SMALL, UNDERSTAND NET AVAILABLE, MARGIN and TIME.

If anyone is interested I will help in a very unofficial capacity, I CANNOT recommend a trade, but I can help you understand how it works, what the traps are, stop losses etc.

Another validation of ownership of REVB. Hopefully news/RNS next week, shares removed from suspension and trading resumes.

Confirmation that the core business is in good shape combined with this mornings TR1 I can start to think about 70p as the new normal SP.

Throw in a Director buying and confidence/trust will start to be rebuilt.

p.11 "Safety case for possible 1000 feet gas column". 300m??? That's a whole lot of gas over 14km².

Now imagine that geography repeated numerous times, please remember we have only scratched the surface of our License (5%)

The area is equivalent to 66 North Sea licenses, and we have only looked at approx half of one of the 66 area’s.

Possible 1,000 ft, repeated many many times.

The SP will continue to move up 0.25p to 0.5p per day increasing to about 15p ahead of spud, about a 85% uplift from here, not a bad return over the next 5 weeks and then we wait for testing/news.

Hi Wraith, thank you for a timely reminder of PRD’s gas license values.

If a value of £3.5bn to £4bn given in 2018 allowing for a 25% discount, then today the value should be closer to £45bn.

Vermilion will have knocked on our door already, maybe made a silly bid of £1bn.

Given the shutdown of N1 on Friday, our IRL assets will have increased in value again…..

Who knows, maybe in time, we will have the last laugh, our license might end up sending gas to IRL and some spare gas through the interconnecter to help the UK.

Vermilion are very well placed to get this over the line as a JV Partner to PRD.

Everything to play for and yes, I agree, they must have had a nod and a wink to be happy to invest in future Speculative drilling offshore IRL

For myself having made 100% I sold, watched the price continue to rise and then fall back again. I invested again about 10 days ago, sitting in profit, waiting now for the next RNS detailing the Accounts and a resumption in trading.

Ford do you really think an M/cap of circa £1.3 billion by Xmas, in 4 months ??? If true, my holding would be in 8 figures, I have pencilled in 65-70p by Xmas, dependant on PG this week, but it’s all niff naff and trivia until we have a firm drilling and testing schedule.

As I said, most times you cannot help yourself, you just have to put other peoples opinions down.

Sorry but that is the impression you give.

When you would ask for a discreet call to chat about PRD, you would talk about your background in oil, various people you had met, drinking coffee with various people from Sound, and YOU would talk for over an hour about YOU. I learnt nothing about PRD, it is not necessary to go on and on about who you have met, if you have something to state about PRD, great. I am less interested in what machine you cut your grass with :)

I am very sure other people have had these ‘calls’ on the QT, you just love the sound of your own voice.

So for the sake of clarity, I am interested, as I am sure other BB posters are about your views on PRD, however your comments are often shrouded in mystical terms, you could tell us, but not yet, you could tell us, but it might be misinterpreted etc etc.

Lets stick to facts and conjecture, less about you and more about PRD.
