I hold just under 2000 share with H and L and received a message today about the offer. Personally I intend to hold these shares for a very long time and hopefully they get relisted on the UK stock market and start paying a dividend again. But I don't blame people for wanting to sell if they're not comfortable with the risk. 12% below market value seems a bit stingy to be honest.

Just had a look on Yahoo and Bloomberg UK and both say we are up over 800%. Must be because of the Petroteq news. Does that mean we will be up 800% tomorrow morning?

This looks very bullish for Tomco. Seems if they get regulatory approval it's a done deal. I've just bought another 1000 pounds worth of Petroteq shares. I think funding for Tomco relies on the deal being completed. :)

I've taken the offer, got about 12000 shares. The bod recommend taking the offer so I did. I should make just over 4 grand profit.

Yeah me too. Shares are currently suspended from Toronto stock market.
