The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
TWB What waterflood announcement are you expecting?
Grumps You are too late with your application. The wells are all planned. The problem is that no one can make up their minds which planned well to drill
Taffy Congratulations! You have finally managed to get a FACT into one of your posts.
TWB Range has NO offshore areas. The web site obviously hasn't been updated for some time as it also shows Guayaguayare. Range did at one time have an offshore area inherited when it took over Guayaguayare but was quickly released but it is immaterial as we no longer have Guayaguayare. RRDSL have no offshore capabilities (can't even work onshore or so it would seem!)
Wonder why you think an offshore shut down would effect Range when it doesn't have any offshore assets or floating drill rigs?
Boyo Still couldn't see your post so I shut down the site and then reopened it and your post is showing. Don't know where it was or why it wasn't showing but I will acknowledge that the post is there. However it being there doesn't mean it is no longer carp. The contents are still out of date and irrelevant. I notice you have avoided answering my 3 points raised by the post.
Yes. I'd be interested to see if I'm the only one that can't see the 0857 post. Boyo Bounty questioned your reading ability and I have to raise the same point about your reading - where have I said anywhere that the 0853 message is missing. You keep digging holes for yourself. I'm beginning to think you have a multi ID and one of them is Celtic as he keeps digging holes for himself.
Look Boyo Your post of 0857 has been removed from the board. Look at the board and not your posting history. Once you have looked back thro the board for the 0857 post you might want to take the rest of the day off and go an lie in a darkened room. You haven't been at your best the last couple of days.
Where is the post where you said you had omitted page two and then the reference. It was removed so quickly that it was obviously admin who removed it because of the link. You are not the first person to have this experience on this board but just keep rambling on and on and on.................................................
Sorry Bounty. More sarcasm than skill :-)
Well, the buys are certainly outstripping the sells today!!!!! Will we see a blue day??????
TWB Your trolling post regarding the legal action by a T&T union against Range was removed, I presume because of the link. Other than as a troll what was the point of posting well out of date info on a court date 1. without giving the outcome of the hearing 2. what did the case refer to and 3 why not disclose that the case wasn't simply a union v Range but the T&T unions against many companies
Oilriches Bandy is being less than honest with you shareholders (again) I draw your attention to a Range RNS off 5th April which reads "Georgia Update Range notes an article published on 3 April 2017 by the Government of Georgia represented by the LEPL State Agency of Oil and Gas of the Ministry of Energy of Georgia ("the Agency"), announcing an open international tender on Block VIA in Georgia (the article can be accessed here: http://www.energy.gov.ge/projects/pdf/news/Tender Annousment 1673 eng.pdf) ("the Tender Announcement")." The RNS also states as have further RRL reports that Range is contesting the Georgian Govts right to take back possession of the Block. Now Bandy is obviously aware of this situation that currently RRL & RMP have no rights in Georgia so why would he expect RRL to give him any cash. Georgia was an RRL/RMP questionable enterprise with Landau and Bandy. Landau being prosecuted in Australia and perhaps bandy won't be far behind!
Interested why you think Range should pay RMP anything for the loss of Georgia
Here is a copy of the Corporate Action Notice put out today by TD forwarded to them from Computershare UK dated 5/1/15 "What is happening? -Event Update Please be informed that the recently proposed Consolidation for Beacon Hill Resources has not been approved by Shareholders, and will not be going ahead as previously stated. The Shares will remain suspended from trading until further notice. We shall update you as and when we receive any further information"
All I can say about RRL is that it's SP is doing better than most at the moment - suspension does have it's benefits!! :-) The new CEO of the company has offered to meet with a couple of reps from the Range Investors Group in London some time this month. Time will tell but it is looking good. Based on the Range success outing the BOD and the subsequent change by the new CEO there must be some hope for Andy, yourself and co having some success with BHR
TD have just sent me an email confirming that as the resolution for the consolidation failed then the proposed consolidation will not go ahead. Note issued by CompuServe dated the 5th January so perhaps things are now starting to move all be it at snails pace. The suspension remains in place.
I agree that there are always exceptions. However in our case I think there is too much of a stink being generated around BHR that anyone appointed to cover an administration/liquidation would or should bend over backwards to make sure that no**** could stick to them and be very open and above board. The unfortunate thing is that the shareholders are way down the pecking order when it comes to dividing the cash and looking at it realistically if BHR goes into liquidation we lose everything
It doesn't really matter whither you disagree with me or not. The 17th Dec RNS says ". The Board has appointed an insolvency practitioner to advise it in respect of the Company's on going ability to trade " The BOD appointed an insolvency practitioner to ADVISE. If it goes into administration or insolvency the BOD have no say in the matter who the court appoints. The court will ensure that there are no connections to the company. It is a matter of company law whether you agree with it or not We as shareholders are protected by this independent practitioner.
Doesn't matter who BHR have looking at insolvency as it is up to the courts to appoint the insolvency or administrators. This is simply to protect the shareholders. It ensures that the BOD can't do underhand deals with the people winding up the company
