Just looking at the announcement and when they say little or no value to the shareholders- it is a little ambiguous (well me anyway) and could they mean the long term share price not being back to previous highs - but suppose any only comment when they confirm the agreement.if reached with lenders - seems like they are setting their stall.
No time for people like Charlotte B should be ashamed in trying to spook fellow investors.
Extremely disappointing and I have been caught out twice now - the other way to find some solice is that they have other licences and bought texan wells and are debt free - so not great but not end of the world either.
Gunst - Haveiron is getting bigger and still not fully known as to the full potential
Like you say the other prospects looking good and in my opinion £1 for a total buyout of ggp easy and think we won't have to wait that long as Newcrest will show their hand soon enough.
Sorry for typo as heading out. I believe you need to register through LSE as I received an email about this.
Just a quick reminder that Shaun Day, CEO at Greatland Gold is delighted to be meeting shareholders in person at a London-based Town Hall Meeting which begins at 12.45 pm, March 21st.

No view on this share and trying to say otherwise especially as funding is not in place but would be a game changer if they did.
Another way to look at it is that at least they know where they stand in terms of FCA review as that must have been hanging over them and doesn't affect or minimal impact on the main business
I think you have pick the bones out of this as not end of the world but as we all know we the financing sorting out. Looks a bit hopeful with lender support . Will have to see as could go either way .
We should know by now good news equal share price drop. At least we know the script. Such a stangled hold on this share price/ company and I for one I'm tired of it. Keeping the faith though as LTH
Cherrs Dip for the reply
Is there a timeliness for this to be done by regardless of NCM publishing in June?
I believe ggp will be updating some results in March?
Just not sure if they are playing up as they didn't make reference to GGP in last briefing and now August for update - god knows what the price will be then. BTW I am a lth and just an observation.
Relayed al good RNS in my opinion and putting over what Neecrest didn't in their communication.
Nice to see the boys lining up their pockets not so much of an issue with SD but Borrelli is a waste of space and costly keeping him in his position which he clined on to - BMR shareholders will clearly vouch for that im sure.
This board should face investors for the shambles we are faced with as most investors are wiped out and unlikely to break even.
Hi Can I check that the existing share price is lower than the offer price to instiutions?
Thought I'd seen it all and to some degree I thought it might recover in time - but to tap shareholders for more money when most of us are wiped out just shows how little they care!!!
Think there are going to struggle raising what they need and o hope so - would rather write off than giving them a further life line.
Can't wait for the £1 offer lol
The valuation will be assessed by both companies for the 5%.
Do you have the number for the dealers or just the main number?
