More helpful if I post the link :)
Hi all,
I've just come across this link, which gives more information on the class action lawsuit mentioned by someone on here recently.
Does anyone know if this will be open for UK investors (from the same time period) to join or just the Americans? I have no idea how these things work.
If proven to be correct, the same misinformation will have impacted LSE investors in the same way.
Any thoughts or insight on this greatly appreciated.
Thanks Blu, it's just the "not your keys, not your coins" mantra that frightens me.
Thanks DS, I'll have a read.
Thanks DS, in simple terms, what would be the process/cost involved using these to transfer £1000 of bitcoin (satoshis) to a cold storage wallet such as a trezor. My plan would be to transfer periodically so that I'm not risking leaving it all with a third party. Also same question for withdrawing in fiat if necessary?
Thanks
Apologies Chaebol, I meant recommendations of where to purchase Bitcoin.
Thanks, do you have any recommendations for where to buy?
Thanks DS
Good morning everyone.
I've been a holder here for a long time and have experienced the extreme ups and downs that come with it! I've not posted for a long time as things have been pretty negative on the whole until recently. I hope that you are all doing well with your individual strategies.
I'm looking to take the plunge and start buying bitcoin direct, to build a long term position. I've been here before, but it all seems so convoluted and confusing and this ends up putting me off.
Basically, I want a reliable mobile app that enables me to purchase bitcoin, hold it in the apps digital wallet and periodically transfer the balance to a cold storage wallet when it's economic to do so. Additionally, I'd like to be able to convert and withdraw some in fiat as and when required.
Can anyone offer any suggestions, advice, recommendations or feedback on exchanges/online wallets and cold storage solutions from their experiences please.
Thanks
Hi all,
I recently had a thought.
I'd always imagined that we would get a string of great RNS prior to the big RNS, announcing the Nasdaq.
It's only just occurred to me that the Nasdaq announcement could be timed to land before the installation of new machines, Texas launch, BTC cycle high, etc etc because the great news would reach a much wider audience, once on the Nasdaq. This in turn could see see huge sentiment and investment increases and skyrocket the SP very rapidly.
We know Peter is a tactician, could this be his plan?
I've not posted for a while, as the board has been a bit of a negative place.
I was in at 90p and topped up around £2 and £2.29. I haven't sold a single share and have absolute belief that when all the chess pieces are in position, this company will be big news.
Difficult and frustrating at times when it doesn't move as quick as we'd like, but the company strategy goes from strength to strength.
Patience will be rewarded and the nectar will taste all the sweeter!
Good luck holders, be lucky and have a great day.
This mornings RNS is fantastic news. Another example of PW getting all his chess pieces place to dominate the space for years to come.
He's putting a best in class team together, all motivated and pulling in the same direction.
I appreciate the irony of this post, but, why are people engaging with the likes of Zorro etc?
We know it's a troll that's here to disrupt and spread fear, just ignore, report and filter.
People feeding them play into their hands and ultimately the board gets clogged up with useless posts (which is what they want)
Calamari smells fishy, into the filter bin you go.
Calamari wrote "Both ARB and BTC have gone up a lot in 2021.
A better question would be, "what would the Argo share price be today if they hadn't issued any new shares?"
Is this a trick question? It seems pretty obvious that it would have been significantly lower as our growth would have been stifled by funding constraints.
The more I look at the figures, the more excited I get.
Modest and realistic alterations to your working out equates to a share price of £25+ per share by end of June, if we use a Bitcoin price of £100k and a P/E of 40.
£25+ per share, before we add the extra Texas hashrate, our Hodl and Pluto.
It really is an amazing company to be invested in!
Now consider that Texas could easily multiply our hashrate by x5.
I honestly believe that we will hit a triple figure share price within 12-18 months!
It blows my mind if I spend too much time contemplating what may happen in a relatively short time period.
GLA
GEUK - You probably should let George from Cryptosrus, Micheal Saylor et al know. Many of the experts in the space are predicting prices in excess of £150k Bitcoin.
I don't think it is ramping to discuss possible outcomes for ARB based on predictions from around the sector.
Fireblade23 - S?
Mwhite22 - really good point regarding the new Tax year ISA, Arb will be very popular that week!
Without the recent 3% dilution, where do we think the current SP would be?
I'm really struggling to understand how such a small dilution, which has been used to grow the company and income stream, can translate to the current price that we see, with Bitcoin at $55k and on a run.
I would expect us to easily be at the £3.50-£4 mark, getting ready for a further upwards surge.
Since our all time high in February we have had lots of good news, fast development and higher than expected monthly figures.
I can't reconcile the opinion that "it's because there are not enough buyers" with the fact that we seem to have large trading numbers and the speed at which the discounted shares were gobbled up.
Looking at our fundamentals, hash rate, short, medium and long term projections with profits and mining power along with diversification into other areas of Blockchain/Defi we are ridiculously under valued compared to other miners and would need to triple just give anything like a comparative price (even factoring in the fact that we are not yet on the Nasdaq)
We were valued substantially higher before we announced increased mining capacity, a 2 year tie in with epic and an exciting new 320 acre Texas site to expand.
I'm in it for the long haul and would top up if I had any funds left.
It all seems very strange.
