Little bit of news regarding Africa, nothing major but a start

As many have said, what a really good rns. Solgold has to be at a turning point now, to me their can be no real justification for the sp dropping back into the 20’s again.

Without so called ramping, I personally believe we should easily be in the 40’S plus, what else can the market want or need? Ecuador is open for mining business as explained by Lasso, these tenements are turning up trumps all the time, ok they want the PFS in black and white but there is no way they don’t know what’s there already, at some point the tension will break and the bids will come, it just has to because of the FOMO as people say.

Colonel mentioned, this very good find is only 3 miles from Alpala, so shared infrastructure costs must be appealing to all. That alone has to be such a plus for the initial outlay for a couple of majors to get involved.

I’m just unable to see any downside from here, Solgold have had everything thrown at them over the last few years and then Covid, yet they are still ploughing on, brilliant team and a sound investment as sound as one can make imo

Franco Nevada is the world’s leading gold streaming company. They provide money to gold producers in exchange for a share of their future production, sort of like a resource linked bond.
Franco Nevada aren’t a potential bidder here, but I wanted to highlight because a) FN are the crème de la crème, so I think it shows the quality of the asset and b) it means SolGold is fully funded for its feasibility study and demonstrates they have no issues raising cash – they aren’t a forced seller, so any bidder should be ready to pay up!

Who in their right mind would fund/loan such an amount for such a massive operation? More importantly why would they if they wanted what Solgold have they would make a bid.

What your friend said is such a throw away statement, aren’t or won’t be a forced seller?
At some point they need to sell/JV or something along those lines, money will dry up and they know it, some serious money needs to come in and quite quickly imo

Regarding their first meeting in months, I believe they referred too in person, now most people use some sort of media conference meeting software.

I cannot believe they had no contact with each other in all that time, all info was gleaned and it’s surely just down to making sense of what they have and how they go forward.

If they had not contacted each other in all that time then they should be sacked, no excuse these days imo

You posted as I wrote another to you, yes they can say they want a joint venture, they can say they want to sell some tenements, but it needs some good results before a company would consider buying and ploughing serious money into these hopeful sites, they will have to spend serious money like Solgold if they wish to get to production, there is the crux in my opinion, it’s not like selling a second hand car that’s a bit of a runner

Who is ridiculous? Can you tell me where the money will come from to run the business every day with all staff and plant until year whenever, helicopters dropping in materials, plant and geologists here and there, this is whilst building infrastructure and services and accommodating the locals and government officials?

As for just wanting to sell, well that’s utter rubbish as I see very good financial gains here if the cards are played right with a lot of good fortune as well. I have been here for a good few years before ever posting here, so quick sell is absolutely wrong.

One thing I will say about how you write or come across is quite pig ignorant at times, I would recommend you take a course in polite manners or being respectful to others opinions.

Tell me if you can how to fund your thoughts on going to production, if you would be so good

Solgold do not have any other option but to tell all they are going to production, what else is a feasible option without making them sound to weak?
Financial they need some serious money, how will they get it just to get to the final stage, sell some sites off that look very promising holding onto their main goal?

Remember their is some serious pennies to be spent on infrastructure to the roads from site to port, electricity supply which has some serious mileage to get too site, water resources without any pollution, the list goes on.

I personally would love Solgold to make it to being a producer, not just for me but my grown up kids and my grand children’s future.

Just running this business every day with drilling all these different sites,, geologists everywhere still getting to grips with what they have uncovered, all the workers and so on.

It’s a monster and will become a bigger monster, there comes a point in which you need to know your limits, be it financially or in business acumen. Solgold could survive if they strike lucky with other sites and sell them on, without sales of some kind they will have no option but to sell all.

Not what I want, but just to say we are going to production is not sensible nor is it with eyes open. Serious bidders could wait as long as they want knowing it could bring Solgold to their knees, that is why a sale of property is imperative to go forward as you say, also it has to be serious money.

With respect, what else would you expect them to say? There will come a point when those that really want at least 50 years of mining copper, gold and silver will make a move, time is getting much closer.

Just hope Solgold pull some more brilliant news from other area’s under investigation/drilling, all looking very good to me

Your argument about a diverse book is not a sound argument as I have mentioned before, look at the percentage of the company owned by the likes of BHP, NCM and others, how much of the company is held by these companies? All together they still could not overturn NM at the time, so if that was the case against a new bidder on those same results then they would lose and Solgold could be sold if accepted by the board.

Now if a bid comes in that the board like and many of it’s share holders not including others I previously mentioned, then, what can the others do? Absolutely nothing, so diverse book is out of the window, all they can do is counter with a much better offer.

Imagine you have 13% of the company, you know you can’t compete with the bidder as the bid is too high in their opinion, you think they would not want to take maybe 4x or 5 x their stake.

Solgold are drilling other tenements as we speak, if only one shows a very good find this could be a seller to an interested party, thus giving funds needed to go all the way to production, I should imagine once monies are coming in then a whole change of mindset will happen, people won’t want to sit on the fence because they will lose out imo

What risk do you mean? The risk is an explorer going out looking to find a one in a million copper mine, well Solgold have done it. Solgold and the board who personally have some serious amount of shares will not throw this away lightly, why would they?

There will be many suitors looking at this, but naturally we are not privy to anything at the moment, imagine 50 + years of turning out copper, gold and silver, what would the profit be as metals rise dramatically?

£2.00 in my honest opinion would be a steal for whoever goes for it

Well for what it’s worth I want £2.00 a share, here is a mine that holds gold, silver and plenty of copper. Alpala has a life of mine roughly 50+ years, the buyer will already have a reasonably good idea how these metals will go up in value over this period, the demand is going to be much greater as electricity becomes our main source of energy.

So who ever wants this mine will have to pay multiples of the sp we have now, Solgold Have many other interesting sites which are showing some promise, you cannot just look at the sp now and give a sp of 30-40 or 50% , you have to look at the longer term to give fair value all imo of course.

Trouble is there’s no point in arguing this as we all wait for latest updates and the final day of reckoning when the papers with all the figures are printed

Who would like to guess at the price of these metals in 50 years time? Who would like to guess the tonnage being used annually in 50 years time?

That is one of the arguing points about fair value of this mine, plus there’s others in the pot which we are being starved of info on

Anyway, getting closer too the day, let’s hope we all do well
