I personally believe there is, why would Omega not promote how they are doing, why would they not report how their workforce has gone up and up etc.

I don’t think you can find a place where there is a record or list claiming to show NDA’s, that’s because it’s between two parties who don’t want anyone to know.

If you can answer with very good reasons why Omega are not updating the market then I’m all ears, to me there is no other reason than a NDA

They can only withhold trades for the maximum 3 days, but what they cannot do is change the time of the trade, as I don’t have L2 anymore and they are showing earlier trades not them anymore, can you see the time it was carried out?

Having read Redknight1 post earlier, I noticed it upset quite a few and as mentioned drew a few wrong conclusions.

I was on the call and I asked that the conversation not be posted onto the message boards as a courtesy. I would not make any assumptions about the LSE posts. I can see responses on the LSE board with several posters appearing to reach the incorrect conclusion that material non-public information was shared on the call.

Just to confirm, no MNPI was shared on this call or other calls we have with shareholders. I hope this is clear.

Someone mentions a hear say and people respond, Solgold have a hell of a lot going on at the moment, we on the other hand have to wait for news as we are out of the loop naturally, which many can’t handle and make up different scenarios.

It’s not a small thing Solgold are trying to sort out, yes we all want news but I would rather have a proper Rns rather than drips and drabs of silly day by day nonsense

Alpala and all the other tenements are being worked on, it’s a huge animal and they are doing alright in my opinion, just people having trouble with waiting for a load of news, it’s coming just try to be patient it will be worth it.
