You should honestly filter Lloyd splat. In terms of where I rate Lloyd's general level of intelligence, or even understanding simple things like death spiral funding, it's at a zero. Filter him. You're given him far too much attention for someone who doesn't understand the basics.

Like I said previously, no deadline was ever given. Now we know the application is still very much being considered. This decision can come anytime, and the shareprice will bag a few times over.
