Started from scratch bought first flat at 21 couldn't afford to live in it so rented it out for a few years then progressed up to a sizable residential property portfolio by taking risks when the markets were trash.

You create your own luck and fortune in this world by having a positive attitude and believing in yourself and also giving back.

It's a mistake once the mm's see there's a seller they will keep dropping the bid until you're out. If you're going to see at least do it when theses enough volume and its going the right way. Zag has just thrown them away and might not get them back..
