Surly gst should say their next move if they're not currently on the 6 month innovation pathway? Now at 12 months

If we're going to be rejected from the innovation pathway surly it's logical after 12 months this would've happened by now? unless it's already been determined we're heading onto the DSS? Sounds reasonable to me.
