That depends how you've been approached to take part so your broker might not know you've taken part. The document you sign warns you clearly of the risk should you break the terms.

When you take part in a placing you have to sign an insider document to not trade or tell anyone. So I see your point.

In a strange way I see the positive to this placing because its going to get churned through very fast and then its off to the races for the sp. Wait and see plus what will the derampers have left to say?
