Keith's admission that they haven't appointed a contractor for Protos yet should be worrying . If he thinks that once appointed a Company is going to drop everything and and go for hell for leather for PHE then he really is living in cloud cuckoo land.
Knowing how Civil Engineering Projects work ( yes I am in that industry) then even with everything falling into place the minimum time span I would expect for this Project to be built would be this time next year and that is if they appoint a contractor in the next 2 months.
He talks a good game when it comes to the tech but when it comes to getting the thing built he is totally out of his depth!

...means absolutely nothing . It could be as little as completing the access roads and utilities onto the site which as Desert says could be used by another project should they wish. It would have more meaning if PHE was mentioned which it isn't.

Swazers, if anybody followed your advice on investing then no doubt they will be suffering from anxiety and no doubt a considerable loss!

Dr, why is any private investor who expresses concern over what is going on ( or not going on in PHEs case ) a deramper or a doommonger?

mjallen, to my knowledge there is only one BoD at PHE.

Seaflat, because the BoD are useless . The cost of even starting the build will be spiralling due to the what looks like rising Interest Rates let alone the cost of manufacturing the Plant etc and that is even before they have put the 1st spade in the ground!

What's even more impressive about him is that he posted on here last Nov saying that he wouldn't be posting on here again...yet another of his predictions that he got wrong!

No doubt he will return when and if there is an upturn . Coming up for nearly 12 months since his 10p forecast and all that has happened since then is its gone downhill
