If SPR were interested in buying Lemur, why wouldn't it be sold to them alongside Mokopane?

By the way I do think they'd be an obvious buyer, but it's strange how this has been kept separate when coal is a big part of SPR's business.

TrevorBrooking - True, but most likely built into the paltry valuation already here from a SP perspective. If we have changed trend now from bear to bull, in a bull market bearish news is largely ignored.

Lemur sale surely has to be next, cant be far off.

Ah, it's true bull markets are built on a 'wall of worry'. There's always something to worry about.

Something tells me some assets are going to get sold off to get the liabilities down, that would be the astute thing to do from someone with a focus on the books. Wonder what Lemur would fetch?

HarChris - the long term trend appears to be up for the dollar/zar rate, so looking very good on that front. As you say, Craig's efforts will be greatly amplified by this supportive exchange rate. Then when (it's not if it's when) V prices start to turn bullish again things will get very interesting, very fast here IMO.

Above 19 and looks like it wants to have another crack at 20.

All good to keep our costs lower, if we can’t have a high V number right now then at least we can have lower costs.

Interesting to see Uranium breaking out also, could that signal the start of a commodities super cycle I wonder.

That was a buy from yesterday out of hours. How do I know? SP bounced this morning on open, if it was a large sell from earlier in the day we probably wouldn’t have. Trolls will always argue the other side because their sole aim is to encourage you to give up and sell the bottom.

52k buy after trading hours. Someone is building a position and it’s unlikely to be your average retail investor.

X4 troll responses to my one bullish post, lol. something tells me we aren’t far off now folks, full reset and washout here. Whilst a little uncomfortable watching SP fall at times, I’ve been grateful of the opportunity to add significantly to my holding here.

Best to batten down the hatches, ignore SP for a few weeks (unless adding) and wait for an RNS to land.

Oh and remember - very few buy at the very SP bottom, so don’t beat yourself up if you don’t. GLA.
