LONDON (Alliance News) - Imaginatik PLC said Monday it has raised GBP250,000 via a 20.8 million share placing at a price of 1.2 pence per share to fund its cost reduction plan and provide working capital.
Shares in management software firm Imaginatik closed down 21% at 1.38 pence on Monday.
The shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM this Friday, at which points its enlarged share capital will be 92.8 million shares.
Imaginatik will use the placing proceeds to fund its cost saving plan which is expected to deliver GBP400,000 worth of savings per annum.
The money will also be used to provide working capital as Imaginatik works to increase its new business activity and strengthen its balance sheet.
