STGR web site now back up and running updated with the results from the AGM and the detailed circular I assume shareholders should have received prior to the meeting.The Circular is definitely worth a look. I received a reply from Brett and he confirmed the AGM results, that court approval will take place in February and listing in a month`s time implying the court date may be brought forward from the 23rd. I can see a lot of interest in these shares particularly as gold prices are on the rise so should be an exciting next couple of months for LTH who must have thought all was lost 12 months ago.

Initial drilling for Specimin Hill for the JORC definition which Brett hopes will support a higher share price. Any timings for this or a TTAU web site? Interesting about potential farm outs and Titeline taking equity rather than fees suggest a high amount of confidence from people in Oz who should know. A fair amount of dilution here but maybe inevitable in the circumstances Anything on finance and timeline for next steps with the Czech option.Any comparison with GGP which is rather popular on here!! I received an E mail from Brett on 13/11 to say VSA were leading the raise but their retail broker Optiva were also involved. If I wanted to become involved then I was to inform him who my broker was and VSA would make contact to inform my broker of my interest. Clearly the original t/t has had to be put back because of the legal process so I am not sure whether that facility still exists. My beef is that existing STGR shareholders are still being left in the dark. I would suggest contacting Brett direct for further information as he responded to all my E mails very quickly

STGR are raising additional monies - up to £3million they hope - through an IPO at 2p per share and this offer was open to PIs who expressed an interest. I certainly had that opportunity. The deadline for this has had to be pulled back I presume because the legal process took longer than anticipated but like other matters little of this has been communicated to shareholders. I have still received no official confirmation of the shareholders meeting to approve the RTO other than the comment from Tectonic Gold on this Board. Was that Brett in disguise?? With the gold price rising and an obvious market for gold mining shares at the moment, potential prospects for TTAU look very interesting but a bit more communication from the BOD wouldn`t go amiss.

All is not lost Weildy. Your STGR shares will be transferred into an Australian gold company - TTAU. They are raising new shares at 2p per share so hopefully it will re-list at a higher share price than when it was suspended. Prospects for the new company look promising. Watch this space, probably early in the new year now.

Yes that part of the statement interested me. In terms of divestment that is most likely mean the selling off of Duyong especially if Conrad sell off their 90% to the Indonesian government. Monies to be used to reduce the need for an extensive China farm out or concentrating on developing the Dempsey/ Alvarez prospects? Very interesting 12 months ahead

Long term holder in STGR who has seen his wealth reduce over the years, I am very pleased to have a realistic chance of regaining some of that wealth through this new opportunity. I have exchanged E mails with Brett over the last few weeks and I have found him very keen to enter into a meaningful conversation with fellow shareholders and I would be buying more at 2p in the offer if I had any spare cash available. SOLG, GGP, why not TTAU as their potential prospects are at least on a par with these companies. Re-admission to AIM I think on the 21st. Watch this space.
