My Broker suggested no problem , having said that you would have until( June/ July ) to sell .

Assuming 75%+ vote to delist ,,, plenty of time to sell on the bounce🤷‍♂️.

It’s my opinion that as long as the shares / company still trade .

The only difference will be £ to € , and maybe some Tax implications,
