Excuse me but at the fear of being labelled we have given up 30 % of a huge gas field in return for what? It seems that we have a loan of $9m and a reduced expenditure in the initial drill program. What do we get in the future? Do we need to give up another percentage?

Due to the delay in transferring the Mining Licence, KMUK has formally requested an extension of time for the second payment of US$7.5m to the State of Mali (the "State"), as specified in the binding Memorandum of Understanding (as outlined in the Company's announcement of 1 November 2024). The Mali Government has acknowledged receipt of KMUK's extension request letter and a response is pending.

The IOC's are not going to receive back payments in one hit. IF an agreement is made the back payments will be paid over at least a year.
