and i get it now'' that MOOK don't want to sell any bits of the business
to give it to lenders, as it would mean there would be nothing much left
for equity holders, and although he has held talk with some stakeholders
and some potential buyers of some parts of the business he still believe
those talk would still leave investors of the equity heavily out of pocket

but ATM we are still trading in all corner of the business welcoming customer
through the door he still think we will exit C11, now move to JUNE / JULY IMO,

I personally think the MOOK want to trade his way out of C11
and don't want any force sale of any part of the business

it's a long game

HGW say lenders cannot force sale if the Film slate is doing really well
as they are now, and that even the lenders would not except $6b
and he strongly believe the court is on our side, and the work force
at CINE, and would care more for us than the creditors and debt
and would like the best outcome for the CO to exit C11 and survive

HG say he is more optimistic now for a good outcome, more than ever
he still think SP is a good buy at 4p Hmmmmmm, but do not invest
more than you can afford to lose, no matter ho good it sound
or how well you think it will do in the future, don't get too greedy

that's really good news IMO, an A1+ commentary & musing tonight
in the absence of official news

in financing signed off by the court and we did get a statement from the BOD
that the money will be use to pay down $1b of debt including all small stake holders
and suppliers and for working capital, and in that RNS they did say they are open for business
everywhere, and now we know unofficially from FT that we have done really well in JAN and FEB
bought on by AVATAR and other new movies

all I'm saying is that there is a really big chance CINE could exit C11 intact
in March, if no buyer with deep enough pocket can be found,
the judge will not keep this gravy train for the lawyers going indefinitely

the lenders would not have chuck another $1.9b at us if they never
think we can trade our way out

wait on official news IMO, we could be pleasantly surprise
as i really do think we have gone past red or black, SHT or bust.

lets face it there is only about 3 CO that can afford to buy us out the whole lot
and if none of those is forthcoming, it will leave MOOK & Family and shareholders

one thing that article did allude to is that trading has been strong

you would have thought any potential bidder would have known what would steal the show
