yes it's been a really slow boat to China for the last 3 years
but this is really good news, and 180m should go on the next good bit of news
with big volume

this is the only result i have seen for 2022 and it show revenue increase quite a lot

Financial summary - Six-month period ended 30 June 2022

· The Group's results have been positively impacted by the easing of all remaining COVID restrictions in Q1 2022.

· At the same time, cash burn(3) of $144.9m (H1 2021: $271.0m) reflects the slower-than-expected recovery in H1 2022.

· At 30 June 2022, closing cash and cash equivalents equalled $130.6m (31 December 2021: $354.3m).

· Group revenue of $1,515.1m (H1 2021: $292.8m) reflects the uninterrupted operation of our cinemas across all territories.

· Both gross profit of $424.5m (H1 2021: $9.6m) and operating profit of $57.3m (H1 2021: operating loss of $208.9m) have been positively impacted by steadily increasing admission levels and strong Average Ticket Prices (ATP) and Spend Per Person (SPP).

just seems strange that RNS C11 update came on Friday the 24th
and by the following Friday the 3rd, we got an agreement for 1 month extension
as if lenders SHT themselves when the SP drop and agreed to something ?

i just have a feeling that if they are going to need equity to sort it out
$800m then we will be alright dilution or not

LT'' if as you say MOOK'' used his 20% holding as collateral on the loan..
and i assume it was when SP was £1.57p, then i think the only chance of
them getting there money back like us, is to let the CO trade it's way out
on better term, with that $800m funding call, as they would never get there money back through
D4E swap as the 20% equity collateral is only worth 2.7p ATM,

so there could be a method in your madness calculation, although questionable
as i have never seen so much warning of wipe out in a C11 update before
it's as if they wanted the SP to drop so MOOK get a better deal from the ones that's holding out
showing them that they will get nothing if they don't play ball

we will see what happen, as nobody knows which way the wind will blow
but there is lots of sign, that it's leaning more in our favor

well i think i have post this before, but if PREM can be trading at 0.68p
with nothing out of the ground as yet, from a low of 0.05p with 22b shares in issue
and no consolidation, there is plenty of hope that ECHO could get to 1p
with 5b in issue, and O&G flowing @ 2000 BOPD 70% to echo with a lot higher prices
negotiated than last year

so we can sign proper agreement to free the bird, so it can get on with the job of rebuilding
it's nest, from the pandemic tsunami that left no one safe, regardless of the government
furlough assistance, that could never make up for 2 years of lock down Revenue lost

ANYWAY'' another slippery Friday has come to an end, filled with
small trades glitch up and glitch down, sideways movement
and funny prices for buys and sells, 6% down after AU UT trade, is still not a bad result for
a no news Friday, although there is still 2m more buys than sells, if the LSE tallying up
is to be believed, with all those dodgy prices

we will try again next week, i suppose, hopefully with a little bit of luck

small trades daily for the past month should tell us that they are
going to need every single 1 of the 1.3b in issue to raise more funds
if's that's the new plan to exit C11 NEXT MONTH.. and that whats left
on the open market is running on empty as most of the big lumps
are in sticky hands, hard core holders, that do not crack under pressure
and the hard of hearing

hang on in there if you are still here, CINE will still be around well into the future IMO,
as even if lenders was to have the whole lot, they would never be able to run it like MOOK and team
and they would certainly not want to risk breaking up a CO that could potentially
turnover $4.5b a year with the good times for Cinema coming back thick and fast,
for a COVID debt, that time can fix, unless they are really stupid..
