morning all' I have notice more discord letter has landed on the judge desk
yesterday to try and stop the STEAL,

also in the risk assessment part of the disclosure statement

they are saying that there is a risk that the implementation mechanism

and still taking billions in revenue, enough to pay the $5b debt

and secure there own equity holding

the only FACT here dear John, is that the CO keep issuing RNS that S/H will be wiped out
5 month before the COURT have even seen the plan? and the motive was to drop SP
to unworkable levels to call a fake GM of SP below net asset, that no one has been to,
or pose any question in defence of there own holding, and in the last 3 weeks they drop
X3 C11 update that said nothing we did not know about the plan, 1 month ago,
just to continue to put the squeeze on the SP so the case to take S/H equity
look even better in front of the judge on the 20th, with the SP depress at 1p

SRY, they are waiting on a cash injection by the Chinese over at COD
some say as much as $100m and that's why there SP seem to be on a tear
and pushing to 1p

could the same thing happen here enough to clear our debt with working capital ?

well this story above certainly tells us that CINEMA is back with a bang
and we should have never been in C11 in the first place, it was just a huge plan
to take our shares before it goes back to £1

there is a big debate happening on ADVFN that''
Cineworld cannot cancel its shares denying its rightful owners control,
and form a new company based on the outcome of C11 proposals.??

if true it could be the reason why they are getting desperate for us to sell the SP down
to there reason look good, as after the US deliberate on this C11 to save Regal, it will still
have to go through UK court
and have to show just cause, on why they pull the sale on ROW that is still worth £5.5B
and would have rewarded S/H if we have steadily gone back close to 2019 REVENUE
since we entered C11 7 months ago

could there still be a better way than to wipe out shareholders
if the lenders are prepare to wipe of $4.5B to grab the CO ?

there is still a lot of unanswered question that the GM on the 20th
should have shed some light on, but we are never going to know
as by the looks of things it was a NDA general meeting to which there was no leak
as to what was said, apart from what they put on the website afterwards that went on about the C11
proposal but nothing about what the GM was suppose to address ?

I just seen another objection by the landlord come in late Friday evening on KLL
who is also not happy and would like an extension to preceding to sort it out

the more discord we see on the website and the longer we can hold up'' the case
the better it will be for us i suppose, as it may force them to rethink and do a proper fund raise
with investors of the equity before they run out of money to exit C11 with these daily ongoing fee's
sucking out the revenue coming in from these new slates, that i don't think the lenders are prepared
to put up any more money for, after May / June, another dilemma we must all think about

don't forget it's an unusual large amount of disgruntled creditors in this C11
that the big 4 lenders are trying to get MOOK to throw under the bus, inc us
without compensation, and hopefully it will no be allowed to happen

see what transpire's next week, and which way the wind blows with the judge

well if that story is correct they are going to need every barrel of O&G
they can get there hands on ASAP to balance the economy, and the next question

won the court case to be included in any new issue of stock''

we can only hope the same happen here, if the plan gets rejected by the judge
because of the amount of discord letters sitting on his desk, forcing the lenders and the BOD
to find a better way to pay back debt, without taking a CO they have no idea of running,
and even if they was to keep it going if the judge pass it, i still believe they would lose all the trust
from small studio and hollywood itself built up over many years and could still go skint
in a year when the film slate stop coming

anyway'' it's nice to see Box office sales booming again and catching up fast on 2019
but it won't help the SP or us ATM like it use to, until by all the gods there is a whisper
that we will be included in any fund raise, before this madness happens.

BTW I get the feeling that no one that post on this BB went to that General meeting
of shareholders, and have no idea of what was said in that Q&A,
it would have been nice to here something on that front, other than what the CO
put out on the website after the meeting

well if they are selling 4% a day'' they really should be gone by next week,
then we should really see nothing but buys and hold at these levels for a possible rerate
on expected news of a cash injection at some point, although nothing is a given''

but i truly believe the CO put out the RNS of a slow down in revenue on purpose
to get LO out quickly'' as they still have a huge reserve of unsold O&G waiting to sell,
when the time is right, and have be paying down debt at pace as far as we can see
I have never seen a bad RNS on revenue from ECHO in the last 3 years why now'' ?
