The latest just filed, the lenders are objecting to the shareholders committee, on the bases that the judge did not grant it the last time, but we never know there may be a stronger argument this time and it gets granted, we will find out by 5pm i suppose, see what happens, but trading it is only for the brave and the people that is shorting IMO, and holding it would be a huge gamble that we will get something back when we exit chapter 11 if the lenders see fit that we would be better on there side than against, on social media, as no doubt CINE will be sla-ted forever if we get no return, and the BOD will never sleep peaceful at night, when ticket numbers start dropping like a stone

The last meeting for LUP we got guidance on what dosage we need to get approval, that took 2 month to put together and submit, but this time is different, and should not have taken this long, as it's only a yes we are on point or no we need a bit more ? unless the FDA is testing this new formula on a LUP patent first before giving the go ahead ?
