Objection to the “Fifth Amended Plan Supplement”), and respectfully states
as follows in support:
1. On July 12, 2023, the Landlord filed the Objection of the Trustees of the
Lili’uokalani Trust to Cure Cost Listed in Debtors’ Plan Supplement (Doc. No. 2014) (the “First
Objection”). All arguments made in the First Objection are incorporated herein.
2. On July 31, 2023, the Debtors filed the Fifth Amended Plan Supplement which
continues to list the Landlord’s current cure cost at the incorrect amount of $296,770.00.
3. The Landlord maintains the objection contained within the First Objection and
asserts that the Correct Cure Cost, as of July 1, 2023, due and owing under the Lease, inclusive of
interest and late fees, is $496,152.89.2

SO C11 IS NOT OVER YET BY A LONG WAY and i suppose we may see the 6th and the 7th and the 10th amended plan no doubt, they may have slipped us ATM, on technicality but the landlord got it covered''
I must say well done to all small unsecured stakeholders, for holding up these slippery CNTS, making sure, you guys are paid what you are owed, it may even set a president for shareholders case to be looked at again in the future you never know
