Motion for Final Decree Filed by Debtor Cineworld Group plc up on KLL, begging the Judge to close part of the C11 case as any objection still pending can be dealt with outside C11 ? FKN leach'' i don't think anyone that is still owed money should trust them to pay up outside C11, BTW, why are they still using the name Cineworld group plc in this final decree ? now that they have deleted any trace of that name ? shouldn't it be CROWN UK formally CINEWORLD GROUP PLC is filing this final decree LOL!! robbing CNTS are crying to the Judge to close the case regardless of more objection to the plan as it's costing the lenders a fortune in daily fees. ANYWAY'' no doubt the Judge will sign it off if they pay him a bit more to ignore the 39 still disgruntled creditors and claimants

Well done Mc KEN'' 5 years in this DOG and they can't fool us anymore, there will be lots of trickery before we reach our destination, IMO, about 8m in issue, and a SP closer to 70p with a Drone CO or an AL CO or something bigger with contracts in place, see what happens in the days ahead, I think i will follow you and grab another 10m if they continue to keep us under 0.004p, I just want a nice peace of the pie after consolidation, for the suffering 46b in issue has cause us all

and even if there is a small dilution when EHGOF convert the shares that we owe them, we will hardly notice it IMO, as by then the stock will be rocking horse SHT as 27b shares will only be 2.7m worth after consolidation, that's my thinking with reasoning..
