Yes John, once we get this first bit of money next week all things been equal, we can start the claim for the bigger bit, or Glencore, may not want the publicity and decide to settle the rest through negotiation with RRR and new PR DL without the courts having to be involved IMO... but someone else may have a different spin on it, see what other answer you get...

I think everything is in play right now, if we are to do what DL is on board for, witch is to get or MC to somewhere close to the asset we own, and as oil is projected to hit $150 a barrel again in the near future why not have some of that in our portfolio as well god knows we have tried everything else... gold is still there Lithium is still there waiting on China to stop manipulating the spot price, copper is still there lots of other bits that is surplus to requirement can be sold off
